the room was clean and tidy. bed was huge and a massive tele.

couldn’t use the balcony, pool closed at 9pm with no bar/food offering. location was okay, short walk to average but expensive bars and restaurants but a bit too far out of town for my liking. the door to the bathroom wasn’t ideal and didn’t always close.

I do not recommend the rooms with balcony. I first booked one of those, but they are much less nice than the ones without and are also much noisier. There is no seating on the balcony either.

I had a very pleasant stay. I was allowed to store my lugage 4 hours prior to checkin time when I arrived. Luckily could check in 30 minutes early too, to hit the shower after getting overheated and dehydrated walking outside exploring Bangkok (came from a country where it's 5 celsius this time of year, Thailand is a bit warmer). The room was large enough and very clean. Bathroom had an overhead shower, next to a standard showerhead. Bed was a bit tougher than I'm used too, but with my back problems that was actually a big plus. Netflix worked as expected. Staff was very pleasant, friendly greetings, asking "how are you?" etc when I'd enter the hotel after a day out. They had a smile on their face when helping me, which I certainly appreciate. The rooftop has a nice pool, which is clean and about 130cm deep. No diving but good for a swim. Happily used it every day in the Bangkok heat. It was generally quite calm when I was there, end of february. There is a mix between continental/western and asian style breakfast buffet. I did not know about the asian part of the buffet on my first morning, ask for it if you can't find it. I personally like the location. 7/11 just around the corner, plenty of restaurants around. It's near the large Sukhumvit street, walking there would take about 10 minutes through Soi 33 (iirc). First BTS stop, Phromphong, is about 15 minutes from the hotel. It's not the best hotel for meeting new people, admittedly, as it doesn't host activities or have a bar (to my knowledge). Not a bad thing in my opinion, I like the peace and quiet. But, if you want to party with people from your accomodation, this may be suboptimal. The gym was workable. Dumbells up to 50lbs, a cable bridge with two pulleys and a bench and some leg machines. Enough to get a traveler's workout in. Would certainly recommend, will most likely return myself!

Great location. Clean place. Good gym. Bed is comfortable.

Blockage of the drain in the shower. So I tell the stuff in the morning NOT to clean the room but to take care of the drain. I come back in the evening, the room is clean but the drain is still blocked. They eventually solved the problem, but I had to waste half an hour, after a long day, waiting for the professional guy to take care of it. Huge TV screen- unproportional to the small room. Maybe people who have a fetish for big screens will like it, I found it annoying. It could be good for the living room in a suite.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the pool and gym were in great condition and really lovely to use. The gym had a good selection of weights, there was a lovely play area and putting green upstairs. The breakfast was beautifully laid out and delicious. We tried to stay longer but accidentally booked a different hotel which the staff helped us get to!

The rooms were a bit small (we have been travelling for almost a month with large suitcases and a child, it would probably be perfect with smaller bags!) Would have liked extra towels at the pool

Probably a bit out of the way from the main tourist attractions but still a nice area with lots of Japanese restaurants nearby. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Lifts were very quick. Fridge and safe in the room free. Hailed taxis right outside within a minute. Beds very comfortable.

Airport transport on arrival was very expensive if booked via hotel so we sorted our own. Weirdly it was only half the price initially quoted upon departure (which the hotel did sort for us). Disappointed that we were only informed 24 hours to arrival that the balcony was out of use due to privacy laws. When I actually saw the view of a building 5 feet away then I could see why they didn’t want us witnessing such an ugly view! Only had breakfast one morning and it wasn’t great so I wouldn’t bother paying extra.

Our one week stay was comfortable. Beds were soft; breakfast was generous and new dishes are served daily; staff were courteous and friendly. It's a family boutique hotel that you feel like you're coming home to a home away from home. Bonus: vending machine that makes fresh coffee and tea. You will wonder if there's a barista inside. Cool!!

Only one thing - there's this odd smell in the bathroom like coming out of the sewage. Don't forget to close the sliding door or your room will smell. We complained but there seem to be no solution It's ok. After awhile you'll get used to it. A perfume spray came handy

The room was great and had a lovely comfortable big bed. The shower was exceptional, possibly even better than my one at home! The TV had both Netflix and Amazon Prime so we could watch English language programmes easily. Superb WiFi and aircon. We were on the 7th floor and had a nice view. Buffet breakfast was good value for money and it set us up for the day of sightseeing. There was a nice variety of hot dishes each morning and eggs could be cooked to order. When we went on a trip and had an early pickup the staff provided a super breakfast box for us. 🙏 Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient The area around the hotel felt really safe and as well as lots of places to eat (from street food to restaurants) nearby, there was also a 7-11 next door. I'm glad I chose a hotel near(ish) the MRT as it made travelling round very simple Top tip: you can use contactless credit/debit cards on the MRT, saves you queueing up to buy a ticket.

The sliding door to the bathroom kept us amused, even after 5 days of practice we didn't become competent users of it. I think I chose the wrong location to base ourselves. The hotel was a 15/20 minute nice walk to the MRT and from there another 20/30 minutes to the main tourist sites. In retrospect I wish I'd chosen somewhere near the Grand Palace where we could just walk.

We like the property is boutique with all the amenities you need from a big hotel. We got the Executive 1-bedrooms which was amazing since we worked during our stay, the separation was very needed. We love there were Smart TVs so we could wind down with some online streaming at night. The gym and roof top pool were nice. The staff were all very nice and they always said hello to us every time they saw us. Also, it is about 10mins to Phrom Phong station, we walked there quite a few times, super doable.
