- great breakfast - pool and fitness area were nice - shower - location close to metro station - supermarket across the street

- The hotel requests a deposit of 1000 Bath, only in cash. We found this a bit annoying as this was our last stop before going home, and we did not want to have cash left when going home. We would have wished for more leniency here. (Also, this was the only hotel that asked for a deposit in Thailand during our 3-week stay).

Everything was great. You can watch tv in the tub next to the bed, this was the highlight for us. The doormen are friendly and helpful. The whole hotel is really modern and comfortable. Very good mattress!!

The pool was not open to the outside like it shows in the pics. I understand this is temporary but they should let you know that this is the current situation. For us, the pool was quite important deciding where to stay. Also the room was modern and very functional but not really really clean under the furniture or in the corners, it was only superficially clean. Reception could speak better english. Also important, you have a huge Smart TV but with only local cable channels which don't really work due to poor connection. So it wasn't Smart TV.

Great location and I love Ratchada area of bkk, by far the best area to base yourself in bkk. 10 min walk to Suthisan MRT Station, great downstairs bar with strong cocktails. Quality hotel at a good price

Unfortunately Chinese people have now found this place, say no more....... No idea why they need to shout at the top of their lungs continually, one of life's mysteries I am still figuring out

Very comfy beds.convenience store nearby, walking distance. Sutthisan exit 3 there are many street food on weekdays. The breakfast noodles was really good! The macaroni and green curry were also nice! Love that they have free bottled water and snacks at the lobby which u can take. Staff were very nice. The blinds were also thick enough.

The sound proofing is not very good, the Aircon seems to stop in the middle of the night, the road from sutthisan Mrt exit 4 to the hotel is about 15 mins walk before reaching the hotel. And the pavement outside is quite thin and uneven to walk to the hotel. The buffet breakfast hotdog and ham are hidden at the ordering counter and we cannot take on our own, must inform the counter person how many pieces we need... Small problem but would prefer they just put it out there so we can just take on our own. As feels quite embarrassing having to keep going to ask them to take for us..

The Hotel looks new and clean, the room is spacious comparing to the value you pay, the bed is very comfy (not to soft or too hard) and what i appreciate the MOST is the STAFFs who have were very helpful and responsive. What's even better is that the hotel offer free water (other than those that are provided in the room) and biscuit which you can take at the reception area.

Location is a bit far from the BTS but still within walking distance (around 10mn).

The manager is a good human kind and excellent professional. Always very polite, friendly and ready to sort problems out. The breakfast is incredibly tasty, with many different food options and the staff happy to serve us.

There is a structural problem into the shower room. It smells very bad and it's not a cleaning problem. It comes from the drain. The manager gently moved us to another bedroom, in the first day it was very fine, but in the second, smelly. There is a couple of stains into the bedclothes and on the pillowcases.

Everything…This is a great hotel, it’s modern, clean and in a great location. The MRT is a short walk, but with the option of a flexible shuttle service if required. There’s a 7-11 right across the street and a cafe/bar downstairs. Apart from all the above, the staff are fantastic. Very welcoming and attentive, and make you feel right at home. Can’t go wrong with this hotel, great rates and the option for free cancellation up to your stay adds flexibility. Thank you, I’ll be a regular guest.

There’s nothing to dislike.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and the overall service! The room was super clean, AC was good and the bed was super comfortable! Good breakfast with a different menu each day!

The hotel is located close to the metro and there is a 7-11 as well as a macdonald's nearby but it was quite far away from the attractions of Bangkok. It's an ideal location to get a good rest and conveniently situated for public transportation.

We've been travelling around Thailand and Bangkok was our last stop. Loved this hotel- modern and clean. Food was well cooked and staff were very friendly. Bar downstairs- again staff helped make the stay more enjoyable

Location . Bangkok is massive and traffic not funny - location was an issue because very little to do or see within the area . But I would return to this hotel again so it's a small matter .

Incredible friendly and helpful staff made this stay a nice memory. Treat your crew with respect as well - they deserve 10/10, and they’re the most important part of this place :) Room was cleaned every day. Highly recommend to everyone! We will definitely come back here

The bottled water had a terrible smell, was of very poor quality.. anything else except that :)
