Silence of the location that is helpful for a good night's sleep. Being a business area, the area is not always to crowded. Population is a mix of locals and tourists. Room was very clean and well maintained. There are a few great diners out there with a 24 hours open McDonald's. Vimut Hospital is also nearby.

Most of the businesses around closes by 10 PM. Too many cannabis bars and karaoke bars around. The reception needs a better English speaker. Typical Bangkok travelers looking for nightlife activities may not fulfil their expectations here as the nightlife destinations are quite far away, closest MRT and BTS stations are also notably far.

I love the room and breakfast

I don't like seeing pet food in the main door step between 3 and 2 floors. I think hotel must keep clean and neat all areas walking space and stairs. Everyday I saw leftover plate with food near the step, that is disgusting.

Easily accessible location - by car, bus or MTR. Room was spacious, immaculately clean and on the whole very quiet (although I'd probably recommend staying at the back of the hotel and on a higher floor if possible to avoid road noise). Staff were friendly and helpful - and although some had limited English there was nothing that Google translate couldn't solve. Breakfast choice was limited but adequate - including some hot dishes. Overall, I thought the hotel offered excellent value for money

Breakfast was fine. Staff is okay… they don’t speak English that well and they’re not very friendly, but check-in and check-out was without problems. Room was clean, but disinfection had a really hard scent in a room.

Hotel want a 500 baht deposit for room if u destroy anything or lose key card. We made a small stain on bedsheets and it seems like it was a big deal for them (that’s the unfriendly part of the staff)

Staff is very helpful, I had a small issue where the house keeping broke my bathroom door handle and as soon as I mentioned it to the reception, they arranged a new room for me without making any fuss and blaming the damage on me. I appreciate the customer service and how spacious the rooms are. You will not feel claustrophobic in these rooms. The staff even helped me to book a taxi to the airport.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the main road. The rooms are not soundproof, You can hear the road noises a lot, which kept me up some days and the second room I got the blinders are not sealed properly in the windows so the sun hit you directly in your eyes in the morning.

We had one receptionist that was exceptional. She went out of her way to help us and we really needed it. I wish I knew her name. Thanks to her if she reads this. She knows who I am talking about. ❤️ The breakfast was okay but not as many choices as other places. They let us store our bags after checkout which we really appreciated . Check out was 1:00 PM

Could have been a better location. A bit far from things.

I like the location of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and the room is quite spacious. I like the bathroom and having a couch in the room. Overall, this is quite a great experience.

I don't like not being accessible to the balcony. The light near the mirror should also need to be brighter. The bed is a bit hard for me and the pillows are too thick. But thanks to the couch pillow, my sleep is undisturbed.

Good location, close to Mo Chit and Metro lines. Grabbing a taxi to somewhere close to downtown isn’t so far either. Al’s has a decent breakfast buffet, nothing special but nice selection and very friendly and helpful staff!

Excellent service, the room is clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. Location is good if you don't mind taking taxis.

Not much sunlight in the room, but that's okay for a short stay.

Room was very big. We were able to leave our big holdalls at the hotel as we got there early and was able to explore until check in time

Bed wasn't very comfy, being on the 8th floor it's very hot and the air conditioning didn't work very well even on the coldest setting.
