What I liked? 1. Very large room. Enough space to move around, maybe dance a little :-) 2. clean rooms 3. Large mirrors - one beside the bed, one on wall storage, and one large mirror in the bathroom 4. minimalist decor 5. smiling and english speaking receptionists - willing to help and guide you in your stay in Bangkok

Some things which could be improved: a. Hand towel had stain marks - not a major turnoff as they provided two hand towels b. very small toiletries (shower gel) provided. no soap given. I had to use shampoo to wash my hands. shower gel is just enough for one person to take one time bath. c. Coffee sachets were not replaced during room cleaning. I would have expected them to be replaced for my next morning coffee.

Very comfortable room, light, with a good bathroom. Very clean, good wifi. Also the breakfast was perfect, i enjoyed it every morning, although I stayed for 7 days at the hotel. Also I liked swimming pool and the view from it to the city. Hotel is perfectly located near shopping area and restaurants. Just in the opposite of the hotel there is a very good massage saloon.

only thing I didn’t like was the Wifi. although it was a stable connection, the speed was less than 2Mbps download. The internet connection here really needs to be upgraded. I was barely able to get work done with the slow download speed.

The location is just 2 minutes walk to main road 7 minutes to BTS, there are various restaurants around this area, and huge park for relax nearby. Reasonable price with reasonable facilities, private parking with security.

I could smell the cigarette smoke in the hallway might be from other rooms. One window in living room is unable to completely close, the hinge is bent and broken, so I could hear the noise from outside the building.

This is an excellent hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay. There are lots of positives: the large spacious rooms, the decent breakfast, the gym and swimming pool. Staff are very efficient and professional. The location is very good: in a quiet street away from the main road, yet within easy walking distance of nearby eateries, shops and the BTS. The other guests were couples or families, so we had no worries about noise or male guests sneaking in their women of the night, which I imagine is a nuisance at hotels in this particular city. Overall, this is a very good hotel and I would certainly recommend it.

There was some construction work going on nearby, which obviously isn't the hotel's fault, although it might be something to consider before booking this summer. Also, again possibly not the hotel's fault, but the price I paid the hotel was higher than what I booked on Booking.com. I never kick up a fuss about the discrepancy in price anymore because it seems to happen at most hotels that I book on the site. However, it gets the stay off to an unnecessarily negative start, which is not good for the hotel nor the paying guest.

We always try to book here when we are in Thailand as we like the Phrom Phong area. The larger apartments are really good because they have a stove and are fairly quiet. The staff are always polite, efficient and friendly. They always make us feel welcome and they are a big reason why we continue to return. The gym and pool are good, and you don't see too many other guests, so it is quite peaceful. There are lots of eateries, bars and such within a very short walk, as well as the ubiquitous 7/11 nearby. The BTS is just a five minute walk away so it is in a good location.

Breakfast is certainly adequate and there is a decent selection. However, I've noticed that it is becoming rarer to see bacon in Thai hotels - for us English, bacon is a must have item on our breakfast plate. Actually, we were often the only guests taking breakfast at the hotel so maybe it is overpriced at 400 baht per person.

The person at the reception makes a photographic copy of the credit card and if not, you have to give 2000 baths, which is not stipulated anywhere. At check-out, I requested a copy of the card and they did not allow it, I just erased the numbers with a pen.

The furniture was stained and a bit old.
