The location is ideal if you wanna have a perfect balance between parties and resting. There is good number of street food vendors in the area and Terminal 21 is about 15 mins walk away. Also, the hotel is not too far from the famous Soi Cowboy street, about 7-8 mins walk and there is a good sports bar, Penalty Spot which is around the corner. The pool is alright, not the fanciest but does the job after a long day out. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel as there were many options outside and a 7-Eleven a few steps away.

I'm really sensitive to light/sound. The walls/windows are unfortunately not soundproofed and the curtains are not blacked out. Make sure to bring ear plugs and eye masks to counter early morning lights and the tuned exhaust pipes of BKKs' bikers. Also, it took me a few tries to get the warm water running in the bathroom (weird mixing tap) - Would be really nice to have a microwave inside the room and a few basic cutlery.

The room, location, gym and pool. This hotel is a very comfortable hotel, the location is wonderful. In a relative quiet soi but walking distance to M Quarter and BTS

The airconditioning was difficult to handle, it was very cold and one could not adjust it. But next to this a very comfortable hotel, we loved it.

Great services. We had a leakage and some challenge with TV set up. Both topic were quickly fixed. Very comfortable beds. We had a stay at the beginning and end of our stay in Thailand. The room at the end was much better. Central Locations next to Emporium mall, BTS, At-Ta-Rote Restaurants, Breakfast Restaurants, 7Eleven, Pharmacies, park... At walking distance.

Breakfast limited offer and very basic products (no freshly pressed juice, coffee not good, very basic products). Despite we had it included, days we started to get breakfast outside at couple of mins walk (CHU, Breakfast story,...) which are excellent locations).

Great location in Bangkok in S31. Rooms were of a good size and our double bed was very comfortable . Parking was underneath hotel .

our Air Con and the receptionist at the time explained that the engineer had left for the day and didn't realize that we could not sleep in a room with a broken AC unit. But another attempt later on in the evening and they moved us to a superior room.... so one receptionist who didn't understand the problem and another who was excellent in getting us moved straight away.

Excellent hotel. So I booked a standard room. For the location it is a reasonable price and the room was of a good standard. Nice roof top pool mid sized and a small gym with machines and free weights. Breakfast was good buffet style with choices. I liked this place because the staff were friendly and helpful and flexible to some negotiation So I had a very small issue with my room which in bathroom. Just a missed cleaning thing in the bath. Mentioned casually at reception and they made an effort without me asking to switch rooms and upgrade me for the inconvenience. That's good hospitality. I also request a late check out and with a reduced extra charge they accommodated this also.

Other than the aforementioned initial thing. Nothing to not like at this price and location.

I stayed for 9D8N - The staff are so accommodating and friendly, I came in a few hours before the check-in time and they allowed me to check in. - The room I got was spacious and clean. water heater and aircon are working fine - I ordered room service and they are fast and the serving size is good! - Very accessible, less than 10mins walk to EmQuartier mall in Phrom Phong (BTS train), maybe 15mins walk to Sukhumvit (MRT) - 711 is less than 5mins walk

- You can hear the noise from the other room - Television is not yet a smart tv

Modern comfortable rooms with big, comfortable beds and the most wonderfully big and deep bath and also shower with good pressure and temperature control. On arrival our rooms were upgraded without cost and the hotel kindly accommodated our request for our three rooms to be together. Staff very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was varied with both thai and western options available. Excellent location. Everything in near vicinity. We would definitely stay here again when in Bangkok.

Temporary issue with the wifi which was quickly fixed by hotel staff. My 85 year old father would have liked there to have been a grab rail on the wall to hold on to when stepping out of the bath.
