The room was quiet and so was the aircon - there was early no noise from the hallway at all.

Well, this hotel group seems pioneers in hotel industry. Very modern, stylish, clean, conveniently located and accesible by MRT and BTS. Generally I am very critical in my reviews but this hotel did not give a little space to complain. Location: Very convenient. Staff: Very professional and kind. Cleanliness: Perfectly clean hotel, room and lobby Amenities: Everything which a 4-star hotel should have. Pool side, gym and breakfast area is superb. Room: Very clean, good size and have everything you need. Clean toilet as well. Real value for money. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

Pool was a bit cold Rooms should be better maintained/ refurbished (see wall room on picture) Noisy in the night: there are music events at mall It’s easy to take public transport to the center or airport, but if you want to be in a tourist area on walking distance, this place will not be ideal for you

Location is good. MRT 1 min. 7-11 is on 1st floor. You could find Amazon cafe and Starbucks in MRT. Close to Union mall & Central Ladprao. Breakfast is simple, but have all the basic items. Freshly made egg dishes.

Wifi is not good. When I see youTube with TV, it is hard to connect the internet.

The breakfast was delicious, lots of options. Decent size pool with a nice view. The room was clean, comfortable bed. Big windows with great view over the city. Great massage service right in your room.

It was the second time we were staying in this hotel, this time the room was a bit tired and used (marks on the walls, stained furniture, old towels, dump smell). Very thin walls between rooms, you can hear everything, even phone notifications of your neighbours. At 9 am the cleaners start walking around and cleaning rooms around, you can hear that very well too. It was very hot in the gym.

STAFF: Very respectful, friendly, courteous, attentive to customer needs, good understanding over English. LOCATION: Speechless! Just a stone throw away from MRT (underground train) which practically is connected to entire Bangkok via underground and overhead trains. **you can use your home based visa/mastercard to just “tap&go”to take a ride in MRT. Very convenient indeed! or buy smart cards or tokens etc CONEVNIENCE STORE: 7-Eleven is just outside hotel lobby entrance, practically has very thing you can imagine. Thailand 7-Elevens are like mini supermarkets. STREET FOOD/PUBS/BARS: Just outside the hotel you will find delicious street food, thai eateries, pubs, bars, etc SHOPPING/DEPARMENTAL/MALLS: Just across the street you will find two gigantic malls, Union Mall and Central Plaza Ladprao, practically has every brand, local and international. You can reach by walking underneath the MRT station. Also, under 10 minutes walking distance Thailand BIG C supermarket and Lotus (formerly tesco) ROOMS: I stayed in both superior and delux (delux has a balcony). New and Modern with good views if you are staying above 10th to 16th floor. Recommend to take room with balcony. WIFI: It is fast but not superfast, but gets the work done and is very consistent and does not break signal AIRCON:- No flaw at all. You can customized as per your preferences. A/C panel is very user friendly WATER in washbasin and Shower: No complains at all. Hot, cold, mix water whatever you require SOCKETS PLUGS: There are ample electrical outlets (socket plugs) in the room.

None! All was perfect and exceeded my expectations!

Very pleasant hotel, in which we stayed for the second time. It is located very near to BTS/MRT Phrao Station/Phahon Yothin and big shopping malls Union Mall and Central Ladprao. Easy to find your way aroud, not really exactly in the center of BKK, however very close to Chatuchak Market and with BTS/MRT easy accessible. The children liked swimming pool, which is big enough for some swimming exercises. We loved the breakfast, which offered a lot of food options for adults and children. A small welcome drink was also a nice surprise. The rooms were clean and cosy, a bathroom a little small and the staff were friendly and nice. There is also a nice massage center near-by the hotel.

Maybe a small reccommodation since we don't drink coffee: At the breakfast we missed the tea bags to prepare our own tea. The tea was already made and there was only one option (taste), but we like it fresh and self made, with some different tastes and tea bags available.

Superb breakfast!!! Lots of options, tourists might find curry for breakfast a bit weird, but there’re lots of other things - simply delicious! Comfortable hard beds, very spacious rooms. Amazing view over the city out of the panoramic windows. Nice outdoor sitting area around the pool. Foot and Thai massage was also great!! Additionally, there’s a delicious Thai restaurant around the corner from the hotel.

Towels are a bit old, but that’s just being picky

The rooms are great and the staff are super friendly and helpful. UHG has a good team there which really resemble the Urban Hospitality the name stands for. Extra wishes are granted if possible and the cleaning staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The Location is a bit offside which isn't a big problem since you got MRT and BRT connections in close proximity. If you not planning sitting in Sukhumvit Road all the time and like it a bit more relaxed this is a nice spot.

The beds are a bit hard for my taste. Also the light above the Bathroom Mirror could be a bit brighter like in the bigger rooms in the hotel. My GF also said the beds are a bit to hard but not much.

The hotel is just right next to Exit 1 of Phahon Yothin MRT and also not far away from BTS Lat Phrao Station, so you'll be in the Bangkok city center and at all the attractions within a 20min ride. There are several big malls nearby with excellent dining opportunities and just in front of the hotel ate several outdoor bars which have live performances and broadcast sports events. The gym of the hotel is amazing and it's well worth having a cocktail at the pool. Thai massage service is great as well. Breakfast had a nice variety and dishes were different every day.

The hotel staff's English is not that great, but it's not a huge problem, since they are very sweet and helpful.
