Small issue at check-in but this was corrected perfectly. The ladies of breakfast/lunch/afternoon snack lounge were super friendly and with great service. The rooftop bar can be busy, and drinks are not cheap! But the view is spectacular Tip: for a quieter place, the bar at swimming pool has great drinks too, and less expensive - bar staff was friendly and very helpful

Booked a room with king bed (month before), but 2 days before arrival received message to indicate type of preferred bed (replied with king bed). At arrival a room with 2 separate beds was assigned with the excuse of 'availability' ... didn't accept and at the end the check-in officer was able to correct Hint: when booking in 'request towards hotel' clearly specify the type of bed to avoid any discussion Another remark: by mistake ended up in restaurant (floor 2) and not the top bar (floor 3) - my excuses weren't clearly enough, and the young host lady of the michelin-star restaurant was rude and almost pushed me of the stairs. Damned, it is just a restaurant, not holy land ... there is no need at all to treat people in such denigratory way !!!

Location is great, view from rooms is outstanding. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Staff is very helpful. An issue we encountered was very promptly addressed and staff (duty manager) took care to make it up - we were surprised with a sweet present in our room. Breakfast is great in the restaurant, but not in the Tower Club Lounge.

Unfortunately, the overall level of quality in the Tower Club Lounge is decreasing. There is no staff welcoming you to the lounge, and food and beverage services have decreased significantly in variety and quality compared to the pre-Covid times: There are no cocktails offered, orange juice comes from a container and is not freshly prepared, the selection of food items is much smaller now... Requests regarding dietary restrictions (e.g. low lactose, realized by use of soy milk instead of regular milk) are turned down by the staff... The rooms would require maintenance, e.g. carpet, clothes hooks in the bathroom etc..

The hotel was absolutely amazing and the staff was so accommodating, I would absolutely come back to this hotel again. The morning breakfast buffet they have from 6am to 11am provides you with such a massive selection of cuisines, I also love that they change up some of the items daily so you can. never get sick of coming back. I also really loved the complimentary food and drink throughout the day, on the upper level, just make sure you have decent clothes to wear (no shorts, sandals, etc.). The hotel staff is so friendly and nice, it was a breath of fresh air to come here. I've had friends staying at Ritz and Waldorf and even say they would come to Lebua next time, they were so impressed by everything. If you ever plan on staying in the room, room service has a great selection of food from various cuisines that they serve in one of the restaurants, or you can simply download the Grab App and have a local eatery deliver downstairs which is really easy to do (and FAST). Also: I ended up having a late night, super tired, and left my brand new iphone in a cab; didn't realize until I got all the way back to my room. I called the front desk and let them know, and I don't know how they were able to do it, but between my 'Lost Mode' with a reward message and Lebua staff; the cab driver was able to return my phone the next day! They turned a potentially really bad situation into something incredible. Note: The photo you see in this profile is the view I woke up to every morning and watched the sunset on the 58th floor.

If I have to be picky, and hopefully Lebua reads this, I would like to have an improvement of the following: 1. TV- I know we aren't watching much TV while on vacation, but on a day I was hungover, a movie with my room service sounded so good, but they had a very limited selection of TV / Movie options. I ended up watching Netflix on my laptop which did the trick (no issues with accessing my US Netflix account as well). 2. The napkins in the restaurants / room service are so hard, they can be used as weapons. It's literally impossible to wipe your mouth with them because you would think you're wiping your mouth with a piece of wood. Lebua: Please provide soft napkins!

breakfast is great, location is ideal, staff is super attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay great. the views are of course breathtaking and the lounge was the place to be. didn’t really want to go outside to explore, could have easily inside 😀

facilities are a bit dated but nothing too bad. they ask you for a 10 000 thb deposit upon arrival, which was a surprise to us. there’s a dresscode to access the lounge and sky bar - long pants and closed shoes for both men and little kids. for women, it’s not that strict

Place is absolutely stunning in every aspect, staff is ultra-nice and polite, will always go extra mile for you, and happy to help at anything, anytime! Had an amazing end to our holiday in Thailand, good enough, so we decided to extend it a little! Room, views, food, facilities, everything was top notch!

Not like it was any big issue for us, but internet connection wasn’t great, but might just have to do with size of the building. Same applies to mobile reception, but it might be because of the height, as we stayed on 58th floor.

The room was large and well finished. View was amazing and position perfect.

The temperature of the water in the pool made it unusable. I saw several people try to get on and then walk away. It is designed so that it is in shade most of the day. A heating system using a solar panel is a must for this pool.

good location. breakfast is extremely good and it’s the best part of it.

the tower club rooms are confortable but started to look a little tired in style. a little update would be good stayed there in 2013 and now 2022. no improvement get ready for a mild heart attack when you’ll see the price list of the drinks at the sky bar. good drinks but you pay the view at top price

The tower club is great value. Staff are generally so attentive and welcoming!

The swimming pool was cold- our daughter was shivering after a few minutes in it. The access to restaurants and bars was limited due to having our daughter (4 years old) which was a bit annoying considering we weren’t really aware of this in advance.

The breakfast staff were very attentive and the view from the balcony was unbeatable.

There is no walking path in front of the hotel so you have to walk in the road/driveway of the hotel. My fiance fell in front of the hotel where there are cars passing because the ground was very slippery after some rain and there wasn’t a proper path for him to walk on. All of the food/drink establishments were ridiculously expensive.

The breakfast is exceptional with offerings from both Asia and the West. The hotel is well located with access to everything you need to get around in Bangkok. Views from the balcony were amazing giving you a panoramic view of Bangkok. Afternoon tea in the lounge gave a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok but can get busy at times.

Amazingly you have to ask for the doors to your balcony to be unlocked and when we requested chairs to sit on we were told that the hotel policy was not to allow chairs on balconies even though the room next to ours had chairs? Be warned if you visit the bar at the top of the hotel used in the Hangover 2 the price of drinks is eyewatering.
