The location is great. It is directly under the BTS station, next to the hub of bus stations, and integrated as part of the Victory Hub which is its shopping centre with hundreds of food. I could therefore conveniently travel to many places. The staff was polite and helpful. I also like the laundry service that, although it was the outsource service, it was in good quality. The air condition was super, especially when I was back to the hotel after my long days in the Bangkok hot weather.

The refrigerator was not cool enough even though I tried hard to minimize the temperature. The coolness was so limited. Sometimes water from the shower leaked out to the room floor.

- Location is near to BTS, but it's hard when you use pick-up service and those service-providers often get confused with the hotel location - Impolite reception staff (the old lady) with harsh tone while speaking, being unhelpful and not supportive. She must improve her attitude and speaking style - Water shortage during the stay (However, it's fixed when I called reception staff, but they didn't follow-up with me whether it's alright)

I love the room is not loud of noise!

the light & lamb has not work, maybe it need to change to light up the room! One more point of the way go to the room are dark! If it can fix that is more better

- The glass partition of the bathroom were not properly sealed to the floor causing water leak. - Not much nearby restaurants at night

Convenience to the BTS and airport. Shops and eateries nearby. Friendly staffs.

Room was quite dusty, especially at the bed frame and shelves. Also, found cobwebs. :(

Perfect location 5 minutes to BTS, modern facility for reasonable price, victory monument is busy traffic hub, but advantage is that there are many shops, restaurants and especially spots where locals eat (very tasty and cheap). Room suitable for comfortable overnight stays when spending daytime in city.

you should be prepared for crowded and busy location, we had a room facing backyards that was calm. cleanliness of room is good for Bangkok (westerners may expect more…)

I really liked the location. It wasnt really in the centre but it is in the middle of some food market and a trafic ring. The hotel is very nice, cleaning ladys come every day to make the bad, chance the bin and put a new water bottel in refrigirator.

Next to hotel it is the trafic ring and a train goes by very often but for me it wasent a problem. I thout that it would be a lot of noise but we slept super nicely.

Beds were comfy. Was able to get a good rest. Location is great, lots of fast food, cafes, street food and eateries around. Lots of buses to connect you to wherever you want to go too. We were 2 people and allowed to check in early, which I appreciate as we had some bags with us. Toiletries also provided, and tea-making facilities too. Nice fluffy towels and great water pressure. I like how the room had almost everything for a traveller's needs. Thank you.

When showering, the water would keep coming out of the door, soaking the floor mats, which was a bit of a nuisance. Other than that, everything is fine

Location (easy to catch BTS, bus, taxi, grab), near Boat Noodle, 7 Eleven, Texas Chickend etc.). Silent room.

Must have code to access Wifi network (expired shortly, just 1-2 days). I stay here 5 days and have to ask new code at reception 3 times. Wifi code is free but still have little bit uncomfortable.
