We have chosen King room with Club Access. That was an excellent idea. Dedicated check in at 7 floor, so no queue. Bed room is really nice with balcony and Pool/sea view with all you need. Bed is extra comfy. You have access to the Dusit Club, which is a very nice place with tasty snacks (cooked stuff) all the day (from 1030 to 2000) and non alcoholic drinks (juice, coffee, tea...). From 1730 you also get alcohol drinks (wine, cocktails, beer...). To relax there, you have access to all facilities you need : huge swimming pool with kids area, a salty swimming pool, a nice beach quite calm, a big fitness center with steam bath, sauna and spa center. Surrounded by trees, the place is very enjoyable. For food, breakfast is really good and match all the kind of taste (but see my bad point for bakery). If you are at the Dusit Club you also can take your bf in front of the beach to Nomada restaurant (beautiful). Saturday night buffet is great. Great staff, thank you guys. Close to get a 10 but see my "negative" points bellow.

So, close to be a perfect stay there. What's wrong? 1- unlucky we got a huge Indian wedding (3 days) making our stay less calm as expected. I called once coz too much noisy. We have our little baby 10 months. Even we were happy for them... 2- back to bakery. This is my french over proud side. I should to teach them how to make delicious croissants and breads. Bread was ok but not great for me. Croissants and cakes I took it just the first bf (we stayed 7 nights). Again, my requirements are hight for this part but I found lots of other good stuff to eat.

Friendly and efficient staff Good resort style facility including a great pool with cabanas or umbrellas providing ample shade if required. 6 bottles of water were provided each day. More than any other hotel we stayed in. The room and bedding was clean. Breakfast was excellent. A lot of choices and delicious fresh foods on offer.

Location. Very isolated with no other restaurants or bars close by. This is ideal if you want to wind down and relax for a few days however we could not recommend the Dusit for a long stay holiday. Pillows were way too soft without any proper support. TV reception was very poor.

Breakfast was great, Pool was fantastic, Cabanas were great, Staff very friendly, Room was OK, but could be better. The Restaurants on site had good food, but a little pricey. Overall, nice experience

Air Con did not work well. Filter in ceiling for Aircon was thick with Filth. Shower door did not close properly hence lots of water on the floor. Slippers were disgusting, 'one use' slippers, washed and bent up and used over and over. For an expensive hotel, I have never seen this practice, totally absurd. We had to ask for new slippers, and what they brought to the room were just a little better used slippers!! Kids allowed to run and play in 'Adult pool' Onsite restaurant prices were high, especially drinks. Railing on balcony was broken and looked like it had been for a long time! VERY FEW STAFF UNDERSTOOD OR SPOKE ENGLISH, hard to communicate.

Total area is just great. Swimming pools are good especially at the front. Breakfast is of great varieties and some are delicious.

Due to long weekend, checking-in was super slow and really annoying. It took almost an hour to know that the rooms weren’t ready yet (we arrived around 3 pm as it’s check-in time), and another hour to wait and wait for room cleaning, and guess what, the bathroom wasn’t clean enough. There’re dirt and hairs on the bathroom floor. Checking-out was faster but still slow. These must be improved.

- Room: Great quality, can sleep all days on that super comfy king-sized bed. - Dining: For club privilege, good overall even though the quality just a little bit dropped from pre-COVID. - Facilities: High quality fitness, pool and many more. - Staffs: Great service as always.

- Some service a little bit late but probably because of staff shortage. Hope it gets better soon. - Some TV channel randomly unavailable or the signal is not so clear. - You might want to avoid a long weekend period in Thailand if you want a truly peaceful vacation.

The hotel is spacious with big swimming pool. Bfast is amazing - comes with wide variety of food. Talking about a room, what I love most is their big bed! They provide 8 water bottles which you would not need to ask for more, plenty for the day (usually other hotels might just give 2-3 bottles). Beach is the next door. The location is great, very convenient - not too far from all great restaurants, convenient stores or even Hua Hin town.

On 14 May"2023 i go to swimming and my friend sleep in the room 108 Housekeeping rand the bell 3 times And my friend is asleep . So didn"t open the door in time. Housekeeping unlocked the key into the room to find the phone. It" s not okay to do this. should have informed the owner of the room first or call to ask questions before entering the room.

The facilities and hotel staff were very good. The hotel looks recently refurbished and the rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable with nice decor. I liked that they had an area rug underneath the bed. The hotel was very accommodating to our requests and gave us rooms near each other.

We had paid extra to get a room with an ocean view. The rooms we got were on the 4th floor, 450 and 451, which are perpendicular to the ocean and in order to see the ocean we would have to stick our heads out of the narrow balcony. This was a bit disappointing as we had paid an extra for this. If we stay here again, we will definitely not be paying extra for an ocean view in the future.

The location, the most comfortable bed and pillows, the food , the pool was great, the staff were all so professional and friendly, nothing was to hard for them, especially Pornpit who worked in the poolside bar,,, was a great person to meet and talk with for our entire stay..really made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing.

My only issue would be the showers, it's 2022 so it shouldn't be too hard to upgrade the shower heads. And unfortunately due to covid the Thai and Italian restaurants were closed due to lack of staff i guess...but at the end of the day that's first world issues, so no problem.

Beautiful rooms with grand views, Pool and jacuzzi, Access to sea, breakfast and staff at reception! We forgot a few things in the room and it was sent to Bangkok through Thai post in two days. Much appreciate Khun Sumalee’s communications in that regard.

staff at restaurant were overwhelmed and weren’t nice. Kept me lingering around them and were too busy to pause from ‘room service’ for in-person service. Mango sticky rice was served with unripe mango and some rather dry sticky rice! Worst I have had in Thailand.
