Breakfast was too bad even soft-boiled egg they don’t get it and not interested food ,staff no eyes contact and room Dining serve foods with no cover looks not hygiene.

breakfasts are the same as 20 years ago eggs, bacon, marnelada toast, apple, watermelon.... there is no updates, salmon, papaya, mango, detox drinks, sushi, avocado., diferent fusions... the bosses fell asleep, I expect for 5 star hotel more…then if you're expecting a sandy beach, it's not here, you won't have to move elsewhere...

the room with private pool was superb.

only a small spot, I thought a laundry bag is free to take only found out when check out to charge 100 Baht I don’t mind paying but this should be communicated to us when we check in, or should have any sign in the room to inform a laundry bag is for borrowing only.

Staff was very polite and eager to help. We were always offered buggy rides if we were passed by. WIFI was better than the one we had in our Bangkok hotel, good enough for working online. Good enough to play online games even. Hotel breakfast buffet was good, may not be a huge variety but it's adequate and the menu changes a bit every day. Hotel restaurant has a good selection of food on the menu too, though a little pricier. It has 2 nice pools with lots of sunbathing areas, and a small (but adequate) gym with dumb bell weights, cable machine and a few cardio machines. Nice, natural environment that gives me a peaceful serene feeling, I wake up to the sounds of different bird calls.

Location is a bit further away from the malls and markets which makes getting food outside the hotel. Travelling to other places isn't troublesome or expansive though, it's usually around 200baht - 300 baht to get to the malls and markets, and getting a taxi to bring you there is easy. There's a taxi stand just at the entrance of the hotel and it's easy to communicate to the people there. It's just not "a walk away".

Accommodation = Excellent. Very comfy bed, large and clean bathroom area, room smell also made me very relax Dining = Good. Kam Phu restaurant is a perfect place for breakfast with a sea view. Bann Dum restaurant seafood was also very delicious and not too expensive. Services = Staffs and services are excellent. Facilities = Great. I didn't use the main pool but it looks great. But the private pool in the villa is better than I expected. Gym also available 24/7 which is great. Access = Good location. Whether you want to visit nearby place like Venezia Hua Hin or seafood restaurant in Cha-Am or Hua Hin town, the hotel location is between them.

- You might have to prepare for the mosquito. Not that much but better be prepared if you plan to stay outside to play in the pool at night. - The tools in the gym (fitness) are too few (nothing for abs exercises) but I guess it's fit the number of guest who's actually using it.

Staffs were exceptional in every way, always helpful and accommodating to our family traveling with a small child. Chocolates hour is exceptional indulgence

Booking experience. As a 5 star resort outside the city, breakfast should be included by default and not made optional. We were misled by booking.com to believe breakfast was included and later found out at the reception it wasn’t. The reservation manager after some discussion gave us back the breakfast option. However, this is simply not expected package for a 5 star resort and more of a budget hotel.

The staff and management were beyond exceptional and are the biggest asset of this resort. They know you by name and ensure your every need is met. I had to go to the hospital for a food poisoning incident that occured outside of the resort. The resort arranged for me to be taken to the hospital twice and collected me. They also rang the hospital to check if I was ok. The resort itself is lovely and in a beautiful setting. The staff are, however, the outstanding feature. Sao in the restaurant was exceptional and really looked after me and my partner and deserves the highest recognition. We spent several nights at two of the top rated resorts in the area, and this one outshined the other by far! We met other guests who came year after year, which spoke volumes!

very upset during check out, we just notice that the resort itself has the promotion of more than 50% discount on every room plus free upgrade, meaning that I paid 17,000+ bth for pool villar for 2 nights from booking.com but if I book the room directly from the resort I wd only pay 8,600 bath incd bf. omg, why booking.com did not be able to inform us on this, felt like I was scammed.☹️☹️☹️ next time problebly no more from booking.com , terrible.

Very good breakfast, many kinds of the choice of the food. From western startle to Thai, also the view from restaurant is nice. All staffs are very kind, the SPA is also a very good experience there.

The charging panel on the wall is not very well, seems old and not very easy to get it plug in. There is no rubbish bin in the living room which made it inconvenient.
