This hotel was probably my favorite in Chiang Mai. It is a small property, but the location is great; it’s close to a lot of shops, malls, and attractions. The staff are also very lovely. This was definitely the cleanest hotel I have stayed in in Thailand so far; there is a lovely smell that hits you as you enter. The TV also comes with Netflix, which I really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

There really wasn’t anything I disliked. The sounds of planes can be heard, so if you’re a light sleeper, it may be an issue. It didn’t bother me however. An iron in the room would be nice.

A very friendly little hotel with wonderful staff, well-located in the Nimman area. For Nimman it is quiet, and the place is stylish and comfortable, with large rooms. The bed was great as was the shower.

I don't mind being asked to remove shoes in rooms, but having to remove them at the bottom of the stairs meant either wearing loose flip flops up and down the stairs (not very safe) or your socks or feet becoming rather filthy - not ideal. This is the only negative though, we loved the place otherwise.

My Mother (62) and I (27) stayed 3 nights. We were welcomed by helpful and friendly staff. The staff provided us with informative information about the city. We had a lovely large twin room with excellent facilities. Also there was a small pool to relax in. The staff took care of our luggage while we visited Pai and Pa Pae mediation centre. A big thank you to both Beam, Boat and Pop for providing us with a wonderful stay.

Staff were wonderful, room was comfortable and its just a short walk to a slew of restaurants, shops etc.

Staff want you to leave shoes at the door to help keep the place clean, which is fine no problem. However the slippers they want you to use are a hazard. They are too big and slippery, so are apt to fall off halfway up a set of stairs. We refused to use them preferring bare feet or flip flops instead.

Fantastic location for Nimman and Maya mall. Very spacious and comfortable family room with all the features we needed. The private pool is more like an outdoor bath and we didn't use it anyway. The place feels a bit like it was a high-end hotel, and now its past its peak, but it still is a very nice place to stay.

We had noise from nearby live-music bars. It stopped around 11pm. Having to use the elevator was a nice place experience, but hauling the luggage was rough (also for the staff who helped on the way up) and may make the place irrelevant for some.

Cozy cute boutique accommodation just west of central Chiang Mai but in an excellent eclectic college area of town. Beds were the most comfortable of any accommodation I've stayed at over the last month, rooms were spacious and comfortable, staff very friendly. Good food options, plenty of public transportation, and overall a great vibe.

Definitely have to be able to climb stairs! A total of five floors with no elevator.

good location - not far away from main road, plenty of good restaurants in the area (within walkable distance), can go up to Doi Suthep easily (by car or trekking trail)

Smell from shoes box at the reception desk, sound insulation to be improved (interior)

when i arrived the hotel, receptionist immediately noticed my 87 yrs old mother is too old to climb up to 5th floor, they cancel the order for me. both ladies (receptionists are so lovely). thank you very much. i love you 2 so much

For a very reasonable price, we got more than we expected. Spacious room with netflix, perfect location, close to everything. It was really worth it.

Slippers are a bit loose so be careful when walking up the stairs.
