The staff is the best If've seen so far - very friendly, very professional and helping with all your problems. Our room was very nice and clean, with great panoramic view of the mountains. The facilities are also top-notch. There's breakfasts, free coffee any time of day, free bicycles, cleaning and whatnot.

I don't know, really. Maybe If you're introvert like me you'll feel a bit annoyed with all the attention and friendliness you'll get, but that's hardly a negative.

It is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is not about the stars; it is about the value of what you get. I must say the staff who work here are truly helpful and very attentive. I have some pictures I would love to share with you. The owner gave me mosquito spray because they took it at the airport. The other day, some of the friendly staff brought me a small cake to accompany my coffee after lunch because she knew I loved it from the breakfast they provide, which by the way is amazing and is included. These and many other thoughtful details with no charge were part of my stay at this hotel. The location is outside the old city and works perfectly for someone like me who wants peace and wakes up in what I called the treehouse, as my room was right at the top of a tree where I could see squirrels jumping, birds singing, and in the distance, I could see the mountains, temples, and the city. Congratulations to the entire BED group; it is a minimalist, clean, beautiful, and welcoming style.

Our room was in the 4th floor very bright and comfortable. We even got a nice view to the Doi Suthep Mountain :) The staff was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast consists in Thai dishes and snacks, which it’s unusual to see in a hotel, but we loved. The steamed rice with banana and coconut was delicious. Plus, you get free coffee and tea all day! Location is good if you can drive a scooter or don’t mind ordering a Taxi/Grab all the time. The hotel is close to Ninman area but far from the old town. We loved our stay (and the two cats that live in the property), and we’ll definitely go back!

Most amazing was the staff - so kind, helpful and in a good mood. They went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Especially ‘Fr@_Me’ was extremely supportive and friendly. I also very much enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the free glass bottled water. I also had the chance to meet the owner who is an incredible inspiring personality. Thank you very much to all of you I enjoyed it more than in the 5 star hotel - best value I ever experienced in my life!

Super nice staff!! Always smile to you and help you with anything! We arrived early that day at about 9 am and they offered us a free breakfast which was really kind and warm. We felt so tired because we just got off the overnight train from Bangkok and didn’t get a well sleep. Then they gave us a 3 beds room and allowed us early check in !!! We had a really good rest that morning💕 free drink everywhere

The view was nice. I like seeing the green trees from my room and the large window was perfect that i felt my room was better than my friend's room in another hotel even though i paid less.

I wish there was a handheld shower head to make it easiers to wash your body. Also, i wish the step at the door of the shower was a different color because I kept tripping on it.

Friendly staff, beautiful view from the room and affordable. We arrived at 7am, well before check in but the staff were kind enough to let us enjoy the morning buffet.

The location was in a back street off a main road. There was not that many restaurants nearby, and the only way to get to places would be to take a taxi or walk 15 minutes along a busy road.

Nearly everything esp. staff members who are welcoming, accommodating, very kind, and understanding. The hotel is quiet, clean, and very spacious. Large parking lot. Walking distance to groceries stores, local restaurants, a pub (right opposite), a temple, etc. A fair bit of a walk (but not long enough to digest food) from the local night life area + Maya mall. This is a great place for holiday and a good rest.

Shower nozzle that's fixed to the pipe, which is very inconvenient. My bald husband didn't mind it so much though 😂😂😂 But, please, next time you renovate the rooms, please consider moveable nozzle with hose. Thank you very much.
