The room is clean, toiletries are good, usb port power supply, water is hot enough, shower water pressure is good, corridor is clean and no bad smell, grab car can park just outside the hotel doors, a small cafe in 2 minutes walking distance, a small night food market nearby and many food stalls, mini big c, another direction towards Maya has 7-11, small restaurants of Japanese, and chinese ...

Pillows quality is a problem to me, too fluffy, i mean thick,hmmm, the toilet cover will not cover automatically slowly as expected, but only keep to a half way down position, i have to press it down by myself.

Hotel seems newly renovated, sheets and furnishings all feel very clean. Affordable and value for money rate. Some people said the breakfast was disappointing but we were pleasantly surprised.

The hotel is located along Huay Keuw Road. If you intend to get around by taking red taxis (songtaeuw) there is a high chance they may reject you at peak hour as apparently it is along a stretch that is constantly badly jammed. When we first arrived, the room had ants and many mosquitoes. Thankfully we asked for insecticide and got rid of most of them for a comfortable stay. Some of the staff are very helpful, but not all.

This hotel was quite nice. Good location... about a km walk to MAYA and the main area in Nimman. Not right in the middle of that area so it was nice and quiet at night. That area is full of cafes restaurants and shops, many hidden down the sidestreets. Breakfast was good and the staff polite and helpful. Beds are comfy.

The 'balcony' was a tiny glassed in space about a big as a toilet cubicle. No space to even put one chair to sit out there and enjoy the lovely warm evenings.

clean room with very comfortable bed, rain shower was warm and relaxing. 10 min walk to Maya Mall & Niman area but best to hire a car or rent a bike to make moving around more accessible.

Breakfast is largely aimed for Asians with a large amount of choice but for westerners don’t expect a big fry-up, no bacon or sausages but they do have fried eggs / omelette, toast & fresh espresso.

it’s clean, staffs from the front to security guard are nice, friendly, well trained and supportive.

no toiletries stuffs at all even the basic things like shower cap, cotton buds.. really surprised. not enough seats at the lobby, when I was there all seats were occupied by the tour group..

Breakfast was good. And I left a small bag in the lobby while checking out, but the hotel staff kept it well, so I was able to get it back easily. I was so sorry. Next time I go to this hotel again, I would like to give a small gift to the staff.

The hotel and the room are very clean. Staff are nice and helpful.

It wasn't quite what I expected since the hotel is just a small like a low rise condominium. Better prepare yourself the transport to the airport because they don't have shuttle service. All they could do is help you connect with grab taxi.

Very new hotel (3 years old). Great Bed. Very clean. Large TV and lots of channels. Wifi very good. Staff very good. Can order food from outside and provided great dishes, spoon, fork.

Hotel location quite deep into the soi (sub street), no 7/Eleven near by. Quite small hotel. Little car park available. Should not walk outside during night time, not safe.

Wifi was very good, I can work from Novotel without worry. House keeping staffs are nice and kept my room clean daily . Both made my life easy during workation.

There was emergency alarm warning by error, but it is good to know that alarm stilll did work!
