Everything is great except that the hotel needs to do some renovation. It starts to get old since last two years when I first visit where everything are more attractive.

Need some renovation especially more lighting in the room.

The staff were very helpful. The decor is relaxing, kind of clean and rustic. Spacious room with a light, airy bathroom. The location is excellent - lots of cool cafes etc. within walking distance and the night markets are less than 10 mins in a taxi. Room service arrived fast.

The rooms are a bit dark. Only one key card (we didn't ask for a second, maybe they provide upon request) Breakfast was mediocre. Not bad, but had a limited selection and nothing really special. The steak was tough, I don't recommend it at all.

rooms were spacious and very clean. bed was comfortable; air conditioning efficient. the bathroom was great. staff were very helpful. the pool was clean and sparkling and a bonus. we also liked the option of doing our own washing. Easy location for taxi.grab to collect/discharge customers. Location is handy for massage options and other needs (e.g. food). we used the resutrant a couple of times and food was very acceptable.

Hotel room decorations is great. Staff are friendly and alway willing to assist all the time. Cleanliness of overall hotel area is on standard. Also, you can either walk from hotel to cute coffee cafe, restaurant and night club. Moreover, the staff service is the best ever if you compare with the same hotel category. We will come back for sure.

Only one thing is the smell at the rest room nearby swim pool. We would like to just share our idea. If you would like to set sun bed nearby the rest room, please make sure there is no smell come out from the rest room or you just avoid to set sun bed around there to prevent other issue.

I’ve stopped here three times before and it will always be my first choice in CM. Staff are great,facilities are excellent and location is very good!

the wood surrounding the pool could do with a little TLC as it has warped in places but other than that the place is great!!

Room was big enough, but it was also the most expensive one.

The area is full with Chinese and Korean tourists. This shows also the types of restaurants around. The room was not new and needs renovation soon. Selling it as top premium room, it could be better. I like the noise of departing airplane's. But for someone not used to it, it could be disturbing.

The hotel has a perfect location near historical center. There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, co-working spaces, spas nearby. Rooms are clean and cozy. Staff are friendly. The hotel has own restaurant, co-working space, good pool and laundry.

Rooms have poor soundproofing. Breakfast isn't too varied.

The room is big but quite old. The bathroom is spacious and adequate water pressure. Good location, many cafe shops are near by. Favorite facility is the swimming pool, clean and relaxing, had a very good sunbath and the waiter was friendly.

Poor sound insulation.

Nice staff and good service mind ,, I checked in nearly 00.00 am and they were still at the reception. The location near Nimman road and Maharaj Chiang Mai hospital so you can walk around there without transportation, The housemate also nice and humble too!

We liked the location. The pool. The size of room and the balcony.

The breakfast was very poor. We did not like the juice or the coffee. We did not like any of the food and the fried eggs were chilled. The second morning we went out and got delicious coffee and croissants locally.
