The breakfast exceeded my expectations. A nice variety of items to choose from. The welcoming and departing staff were excellent and informative.

It was just the right size of hotel for our needs. The pool was quite small but we knew that before we booked the property and having the swim up room and hot tub was just a great extra. The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve tried. The choice was amazing and something for everyone in my family The staff were amazing ( all of them) they couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating throughout or stay. We arrived at our hotel about 7.30am/8am and they made sure we were comfortable until our room was ready. It should have been 2pm before we got in but they did their best and had it ready for 11.30am. I would definately go back to this hotel the service was outstanding 10/10

Property is clean and fancy looking. It is relatively new. It is a prime location with several malls and shops within walking distances. The staffs at the reception are friendly and helpful. The doorman and security staff at the entrance are also prudent and alert with their jobs.

Breakfast is a la carte but free flow. The portion for each dishes is very small, like bite sizes. It is very time consuming to wait very long for each dish to come out of the kitchen. We decided to get breakfast outside the hotel by our 3rd day to cut the time wastage. Not major issues but want to raise that room service staffs can be trained better. There were complimentary brownies and wrapped traditional candies offered on our table on the first day, but the staff unnecessarily cleared them all away before we had the chance to get on them on day 2 of room cleaning. Staff overlooked to replenish the tea packages also. No major concern. Overall, good.

Beautiful hotel a short drive from the airport close to the city centre. The staff are exceptional with each and every one going above and beyond to satisfy your every need. The rooms are beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable, and spotlessly clean. There is an extensive range of complimentary drinks and snacks in your room when you arrive. Breakfast is outstanding. The choice is huge and it is all beautifully cooked and presented. The pool area is small, mainly shaded, but beautifully landscaped and furnished. It is a lovely place to relax for an hour or so.

I fail to see how anyone could possibly dislike anything about this hotel.

This hotel clearly exceeded my expectation and this is my first time that I rate a hotel that high. I have been into many 5 stars hotel, but this is beyond that level. I would personally rate this hotel more than 10. Clearly, this hotel ( both the owner and staff ) has a good mindset and the hotel owner and staff is very passionate about their job. The breakfast was actually the best breakfast that I have ever tried, and it is clearly better than most gourmet restaurants and hotels. I never been in a hotel or resort that makes such an excellent breakfast. The room itself was super clean, spacious and also I like the design of the room with Asian influence, all the details of the room is made into perfection. Everyday the hotel gave small presents. Also, this hotel strive to do things better. Any issues that I have had was solved quickly by the hotel staff. This hotel makes me feel home.

Well, it was not really the fault of the hotel, but I accidentally broke one of the coffee cups and I told the hotel about it, and I have had to pay. It was an honest mistake / accident.

The service staff are friendly and polite, always ready to assist. 3. The room amenities are modern, with a tasteful and practical design. 4. The breakfast is very abundant. On the first day, I wasn't sure how to order and mistakenly thought I could only choose one dish. However, on the second day, I figured it out and selected my favorite items from various options, thoroughly satisfying my appetite. 5. The coconut with the Sensai logo left an unforgettable impression.

I wish I could give this hotel 100/10. Everything was perfection and pristine. In fact, it may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service was immaculate and literally every single thing exceeded my expectations from the level of security and kindness of every single member of staff. The hotel provides probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had and the menu is so carefully designed. The area is fabulous with many trendy cafes nearby and sporting activities. The rooms are large with incredibly comfortable beds and very clean (and I can be quite picky with this but they exceeded everything and I had zero complaints). I really do want to thank you all for making this such a beautiful stay in a city I truly adore! I’ll be back!!

Having to leave the hotel.

Amazing hotel! Don’t think twice about staying here, it’s the best! We would come back here in a heartbeat. A beautiful, new, clean and well decorated hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Exceptional service from the whole team. Breakfast was delicious with so many options and drinks to choose from. Best breakfast we’ve ever had. I loved the Thai Milk Tea the ladies suggested I try! And the fresh coconuts were a treat. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was great both times. Cocktails were SPECTACULAR! A real highlight. There were 2-for-1 cocktails from 1-3pm every afternoon. Loved the pool area, so relaxing and a nice pool to cool off after a day of sight-seeing. Our room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities plus some complimentary drinks and snacks. The bed is so comfortable, the sheets and quilt so cozy, best sleep I’ve had in a long time. There’s an air purifier in the room. And the bath has a head/neck rest. They think of everything! We also got in room massages and they were great. Greta location with lots of nice shops and restaurants in Nimman. The cupcakes and cookies from A Pond Of Cupcake across the road are yummy if you have a sweet tooth!

Everything was perfect, I would only suggest to also offer smaller slippers too as they only hard large size for men.

The hotel is charming, well-designed, with dark wood and a central swimming pool. The staff are very polite, helpful and welcoming. I stayed in a deluxe double room and I appreciated the huge bed, excellent cosmetic products and free snacks, coffees and teas. The decoration is tasteful. The breakfast was huge, with fruit, juices, eggs, yoghurt, Swedish pancakes and a number of other choices. The room cleaning was always fast and efficient. I also enjoyed the balcony, a little oasis of comfort and respite. The neighborhood, Nimman, is really the best place to stay in my opinion in Chiang Mai: there are so many restaurants and cafes, interesting shops, malls, yoga studios, spas, etc. It's also a rather green neighrbohood so it feels a bit more relaxing than Old town.

One thing I did not particularly like in my room was the fact that it had a door connecting it to the next room. Of course the door was locked but I could still hear my neighbor pretty distinctly, especially when they were rather loud or watching TV on full volume. So that is definitely a minus, except if you are lucky to get quiet neighbors. The last thing I would encourage the hotel to do would be to add a few more vegetarian options to their breakfast and lunch/dinner menu - I ate once at the restaurant in the evening and I did not have much choice.
