Food was excellent, included breakfast was thoughtful, plentiful and varied enough. Kitchen served a variety of lunch and dinner options that were fresh and well prepared. Poll was spotless and the gardens were beautiful and well maintained.

The hospitality was great, they do everything to make you feel comfortable.

Nothing that we did not like. The location was a bit far from the city center, but this you can check in advance. They also helped arange transportation and motorbike rental, so that made up for it big time. Even when the rental company made a mistake and we had to give our motorbike back halfway the rental period, Marcel gave us his own motorbike to use. It seems like their hospitality knows no limits!

Best place to stay in Chiang Mai & for sure one of the greatest resorts we ve been to during our world trip! Deserves more than a 10 out of 10 stars! The rooms are spacious, fabulously equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail! The garden which includes a pool invites for some relaxing hours and it is actually so nice there, that its hard to leave for some day activities! The included breakfast ist just amazing and the restaurant serves delicious, reasonably priced dishes. Best of all are however are the two owners Marcel and Kun! They simply are wonderful people, who try to help wherever they can and its amazing how welcoming they are. I hope we can return some day!

Liams guesthouse is a small oasis/paradise if you want to slow down for some days and just enjoy beautiful flora, laying at the pool, enjoy belgian/european food, drinks and super nice breakfast and a place with an eye for details. The rooms were very spacious and well equiped and comfortable. The hosts Marcel & Koen were very welcoming, exceptionally alert and helpful in every moment. I would for sure come back

It’s a little out of the city center so you need a taxi but we didn’t mind

Kindness and hospitality of the owners. We felt welcome from the first minute when we arrived. Breakfast is really good and tasteful. Pool area is relaxing and cosy. Location a bit out of the city center, but with a grab, motobike or car you are in 10 minutes in the old town.

Very beautiful accommodation, everything was perfect. I appreciated especially the swimming pool and the food. The owners, also, were very helpful, they gave me a lot of suggestions of what to see in Chiang Mai and outskirts and where to rent a motorbike.

We loved our stay at Liam’s guesthouse. Koen & Marcel were super kind and always made sure that everything was perfectly arranged and organized for us. Koen’s cookings skills and Marcel’s tips & tricks combined with the beautiful accomodation was a win-win. Would 100% recommend! Thanks a lot and see you next time.

The family was very spacious and super clean. Marcel and Mai made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was out of this world and our 2 daughters (10 and 12) couldn’t get get enough of the delicious crêpes!!
