Good location easy to go out, staff are really nice with a great manner, The room has a spacious area and comfortable to stay, washing machines and dryers are also available, very suitable for who stay many nights.

Breakfast are in really small portion if you are big eater maybe you wouldn't feel full :( , the room are a bit dirty ? in 2nd night i just woke up in the morning and found a roach on the floor but i realized that last night the drain was open, maybe it would climb out of that....

We got a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette and lounge room, with basic kitchen facilities. The location is a bit away from other sightseeings so we had to rely on bolt, grab or tuktuk during our stay. but with the money we paid it well-worth it. Reception was very nice.

the water pressure for the shower is very low so not very good shower experience. the bathroom kind of smell like rusted copper which facets and shower are made from.

Location was good very calm not far from city centre, value for money, clean and mostly preffer by Long stay as name tells. They have arranged for vehicles and allowed me for early checkin and late check out.. Very well maintained property. Will recommend for couples stay 100%.

Bed was small, couples might be ok but for friends bed was small. Toilet shower is the main criteria could not able to take proper shower because of very slow water speed. But other than that very good and value for money

Loved the space. It was comfortable and had everything we needed.

It was a little further from the main "touristy" part of town which we didn't realize until we arrived in Chiang Mai. Not the property's fault, but just something to keep in mind. We drove 10 minutes everyday just to get INTO the main hub.

The hotel service and people were great but not the coffee shop that provides breakfast

The hotel uses a local coffee shop. Their attitude was very unpleasant. I came to breakfast at 8am and they wouldn't let me in for 10 minutes and then did not apologise. The attitude of the manager at the coffee shop was that I shouldn't visit Thailand if I didn't like the service - perhaps the manager should look at the number of coffee shops and restaurants that have permanently closed in Chiang Mai because of Covid.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, room was spacious and had all the amenities, not too far from the centre, good WiFi.

Doors were so squeaky if anyone moves around you get woken up from the doors. Should be oiled.

It was way past our expectations! for the value was amazing. it was so big and had everything we need thanks!

the locations was a tad out from the old city but it’s ok as grab was easy to use.

Nice bed, Clean room, Good ambience. I myself like the shower very much but the water heater was a bit unfunctional. Hair dryer, slippers, breakfast provided.

Some of facilities just not in thier order. Such as a light bulb is too old so the shower room is too dark and the water heater is hard to use. It’s just not that perfect but it doesn’t bother me at all. I have a great night here.
