Wow! Great price for the size of the rooms! We got a delux room i believe ( 1 bedroom, small living room and mini kitchen sink area). It was such a great size space during our trip to reset with all of our luggage, and we even had them roll in 1 extra bed in the living room for my dad to sleep 1 night last minute. And we had plenty of space! lighting was good. the separate bathroom is nice. My cousin got a suite in the same hotel for less than $150 , it had 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen living room full fridge. We saw it were amazed by the price and size! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. There are some good restaurants near by as well.

It's very dark at night in this area. We walked to a restaurant one night and it was so dark and scary walking there, we didnt dare walk back. We called a GRAB to come home even though it was a less than 5 min drive/10 minute walk. (recommend grab at night in this area, as hotel is tucked away and not the most walk friendly at night). Im sure its safe, but it just felt scary due to NO traffic coming by and minimal light to get back to the main streets. Youre out of the city, so the walkable experience is a little different in this area depending on time of day and location

Nice feeling room overall, I slept okay. It was relatively quiet and soundproofing is fine compared to many other hotels. Breakfast wasn’t bad either. Electric outlets are conveniently near the bed. Japanese toilet. No insects in the room.

Cold hospital-white overhead lighting in the room, only one warm lamp near the bed. Locked door in the room. I could not find a dental kit. Showerhead hose evidently has holes and sprays water all around. No secure Wi-Fi.

Dangerous, slippery pool deck. It might be nice if they could set hours aside for couples in the bath and sauna, like Europe. But I get it. Thailand is a very conservative country and it’s already difficult convincing people how to bathe and sauna together without clothes.

Lovely quiet hotel, think I only saw 2 other people there the 2 days I stayed. Lovely big room. Pool area and onsen are perfect. Great breakfast included.

Only slight negative is its further out of Chiang Mai, but you can get a taxi through Bolt app for around 60bht each way.

The rooms were stunning! Big, comfy beds with a lot of space. The bathroom was also a nice size and the room had plenty of light. We were really impressed by the quality of the room. The pool was also lovely!

The location was a bit far from central Chiang Mai and the website was misleading because there was no free airport shuttle.

Onsen was very cool never seen it before, mini pool,jacuzzi relaxation area. Staff were very friendly as usual for thailand. Only stayed 1 night but loved it.

Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good as they have wide variety of choices. Onsen is reasonable to relax the body. Staff is friendly.
