we loved it! they had TV for every country and language which was a bonus! nice quiet area, bar staff where sooo nice and welcoming as the desk staff where also! pool was quiet and overall brilliant stay here! we would come back

we had to remind the cleaners about cleaning the room, they seemed pretty lazy also. they didn't take the Towels that we left and did not mop up. we used the towels to clean up on days that they didn't clean up and then they tried to charge us for this which was waived as we explained that's due to the cleaners not coming in as they should. this was a minor problem, once we asked the front of house staff to get the cleaners to go to the room, they would do so.

Very calm and peaceful place. A short 10 minute taxi ride from the city. Nice pool. Large rooms with balconies. Good air conditioning and comfortable.

Very limited breakfast. No food available in the hotel apart from a few fruits and eggs that too only for breakfast. But the Grab App worked and we ordered from outside a few times.

Excellent bed, set in a lovely garden, quiet; room is clean, laid back and peaceful atmosphere, decoration is charming, place recently refurbished; teak wood furniture, strong shower with hot water, big and cosy balcony on the second floor; nice sitting area at the pool; good value for money at the discounted rate; friendly staff

Location: a bit out of town and away from main attractions; great for people with their own car but not those without; no bus running so need to call Grab when going out and returning Water smelling of rust: Though rooms have been well kept and refurbished, the water smells like iron and rust; could be a result of old pipes and water system that haven't been replaced. Hotel probably needs to take this problem seriously if it were to improve its services.

bathrooms need to have hooks to hang clothes and towels; the washbasin space was small; there could be a table or platform to keep suitcases for unpacking; we had to ask for refilling of liquid bath soap.

Was a beautiful place to stay. the stay were friendly and welcoming. Location to the centre was just a 30 minute walk and on the walk you can grab a coffee and take in the scenery. Was within our budget as we are travelling around SE Asia. Would recommend.

Very calm and easygoing. Beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and well-designed.

The location is a bit off. The only possible way to reach anything is by scooter or taxi. On the good side, there is a 7-Eleven very close.

It was worth to pay the values. So many Thai Street food trolley are near by. Nice swimming pool view. staff are so kindly.

Amazing hotel

Key card doors don't allow someone to be there sleeping and open. So when 2 people stay they must both be in the room at the same time. Annoying but we worked with it

One of the best hotels that you can find in Chiang Mai. The rooms are amazing and the staff unbelievable helpful and good.
