Great hotel! The room was pretty spacious and quiet including a nice bathroom. The Boss and staff were very nice, responsive, and learnt some Thai words from them. Got airport pickup on my first day. The street of the hotel is quiet and not far from the city center and Airport. I would definitely stay at Lucky Panda when I come back to Chiang Mai. Highly recommended 😎

We chose the hotel for the vicinity to the airport and for the airport shuttle as we had to catch a morning flight. This was all ok. The bed was also very good and there is nothing to complain about the room.

The location is a little away from anything. They took a strange deposit of 300 baht (about 8 €) for the room key : ) and stapled the banknotes to a paper and it was difficult to get them loose.

the property was very clean. we were staying here because we were going to the airport in the morning and it worked out perfectly. they took us to the airport for free.

The room was clean, quiet and cosy, the bathroom was good with enough water pressure. The bed was comfortable. Altogether a nice budget option if you don't mind being a bit away from the old town.

The pick up from the airport didn't work. There is no kettle in the room but there is one big one in the lounge but it takes 15min to get hot. The cleaning staff isn't that thorough but still quite clean. Night shift staff don't speak English very well but you can comunicate with google translate. I also didn't like the excessive use of Pandas everywhere 🐼 but that's just a matter of taste.
