The hotel is very clean, and the staff's attitude is excellent

However, I had a few less-than-ideal experiences: Honestly, I was a bit surprised that the hotel didn’t clean the room or replace the face towels and bath towels daily. I’ve never seen this happen anywhere else. The hotel initially assigned me a very small room, which didn’t match the pictures on Booking. Only after I requested the hotel to recheck was I moved to a larger room. Still, I’m giving the hotel 5 stars as encouragement, hoping it will improve and operate better in the future.

I really liked the location, a bit outside of old town but very easy and fast to get there. Instead you get a more local neighborhood with great food and cheaper prices. It’s also close to a Muay Thai Gym and a regular Gym. The hotel itself is also very nice, the rooms new, clean and with everything you need. The owner and the staff are super friendly. I had a great time and spend a couple of weeks. This was my favorite stay in Chiang Mai and I can highly recommend

The place is very modern. Lovely spacious room, in a great location. The host was so lovely, genuinely a nice guy. Made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Very nice place to stay.

The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that they had quite a lot of ants, or tiny bugs. I’m not sure what they were, but they were small and there were a lot of them. They weren’t in the bedroom, just in the bathroom. It was bearable as the room was so nice and everything else was so clean.

The room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The staff were super friendly. Not everyone spoke English but with google translate they helped us perfectly

The location was a little bit out of town. This was not a major problem since a Grab taxi is only 2-3 euros to town.

This is a really great little hotel, with well designed, but slightly quirky, rooms. Nah, on reception, always does everything to help the guests, although she does not speak English. Oh, who is the owner, is available by phone and is a very good English speaker.

If you are older, you might find the stairs a little steep and the polished concrete floors a bit slippery. There are only 5 rooms, the ground floor room has no window

The rooms were really nice and spacious. Ratchupon, the host, is the most friendly & welcoming, always ready to advise on tours and must do’s in Chiang Mai! The coffee and croissant/waffle each morning were a nice add on!

The beds were rather hard. The location is about 20min walk from the center of the city were all is taking place. If you’re staying for a longer time, the walk is becoming a bit too much to do each day.

Very clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated hotel. Helpful owner and staff. Set about 1.5 Kms from the centre of town. Good value for money - :recommended.

I think this was a really nice hotel but I want to mention a few things for older travellers. The concrete floors are quite slippery. The stairs are quite steep, although there are only two floors. There is no double glazing, so you get a bit of street noise.

Owner and staff were great! Property was extremely clean and the family room was very large. Recommend!

Only issue I had is I couldn’t figure out how to block the room. But they do provide locker boxes to use. In there defence I should have queried at reception, but it was a short stay.

Excellent value for money Phenomenal internet (500mbps) Comfortable bed Desk for working Quiet location Friendly staff I stayed 6 nights

Staff didn't speak English. We used translation tools which worked okay. Room was a bit noisy, especially the fridge which I had to unplug at night or it would wake me each hour with a shudder.

Nice room, nice deco, as in photos, small and charming stay, in the middle of the neighborhood, quiet and relaxing, not many tourists around, or at least for that time of the year. Very local

No lift or access for people with disabilities or with a recent injuries
