I stayed in 10 different hotels in CM before founding this place that is perfect for me. I ended up staying here for a few weeks. It's situated in the middle of residential area - very quiet at night, still less than 10 min walk from the Square. All rooms have large desks and wifi is stable so you can do some laptop work Given the low price, it's just a very good place to stay Pro tip: the rooms ending in 3 (like 603) have the best balconies

Location - was 10 minute walk into the old city, great to get our steps in, while not too far. Breakfast - mainly fresh eggs, toast, crossiants, jam, juice and coffee (and thai options) - perfect for us. Room - ample space, nice bathroom, and safety lock on door. We had a room on the 7th floor that felt secure (and had a great view!) Staff - friendly, communicative, and waited for us when our plane was delayed and we thought our check in might be past 11:30pm. Also, we left 'do not disturb' on our door, but they made sure to leave more bottled water outside our room everyday. Also made sure to get my laundry back to me the same day when I asked. So glad we ended but staying more than 1 night - Far exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay again.

Quiet location, but easy walking to markets etc. Room large and recently decorated, very pleasant. Nice bathroom with lots of hot water, good ventilation and window. Lots of choice at breakfast ( but slow to replenish) . Good housekeeping and water replenished daily.

All rooms seem to have a connecting door, fortunately, our neighbours were very quiet, but could be a problem. The “balcony” is less than a meter square, if outdoor space is important to you, this isn’t the hotel for you.

Great value for money , Great Location. Many restaurants around the hotel. very convenience. This hotel is good for ♿ wheelchair. Breakfast is fine, not variety much but OK. A/C is good, Room is good for family, suitable for 3 persons.

Around 8:30 many customers came to eat breakfast, some food is gone but no refill, come early is better. Narrow parking lot. Room no. 304 can hear chicken since 4 a.m. until late morning 😅 Shower zone is a little bit dark, no light bulb over there, not good for elder.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are big, clean & comfortable. AC is great & the breakfast was amazing & varied; fruit, eggs, bread, stir fried vegetables, rice, chips, you name it they had it. Was more than enough to fill is uo for the day ahead. Staff are friendly & even let us book in at around 8am after our long bus trip over night. Also the first place we never had to buy water as we git 3 big gkass bottles everyday. Would definitely recommend & would happily return

The hotel looks nice. Our room was clean. We enjoyed breakfast a lot, and it was really nutritious.

The walls are absolutely not sound-proof. We had very noisy neighbors who were speaking very loud at 3 AM. We also had impression that they don't know how to shut the door as they were banging them multiple times. We tried to call the reception, but nobody responded. I had to go to these neighbours myself to calm them down. I know that it's not hotel's fault. But at the same time, if there are only a few guests at the hotel, they can live at least one room away from each other. It was impossible to sleep.

There are ants in the room but everything is totally fine Unfortunately the room we stayed in didn't have much sunlight because there was only one window but nevertheless it was awesome stay

The hotel is very good the bed was comfortable the room is a well size very clean with amenities well served the shower excellent with toiletries it was fantastic well the price was for sure worth it and soon we visit change mai and for sure we shall stay at the same hotel the staff are so nice and friendly location is good in a quiet spot and only 1 Kilometers to the night market E are very satisfied.

Really happy with our choice. We had moved from another hotel in Chiang Mai because of street noise and found Nordwind to be peaceful. Clean large room, excellent breakfast.

Nothing really…the internet had its moments but there were several different ones to try, but to be honest needing the internet for us is not a major factor and I am sure if I had asked something could have been done

This is a hotel that does not exaggerate it's photos or it's facilities. It is what it is and what it is ...is a good all around hotel suitable for your holiday stay in Chiang Mai. Rooms are great, the staff and housekeeping are very polite and considerate to your needs. Would definitely stay here again.

The eggs. However, if politely ask for your eggs to be cooked to order, then all good ;)
