The room was clean, comfy & had everything we needed in it- the air con was very good also. The staff were immediately friendly and welcoming & made you feel right at home. The pool area was our favourite, very relaxing & there’s also a small gym which came in handy to us. The location was excellent- recommend Pakorns for dinner one night if you stay here, it’s only a 5 minute walk away & order the khao soi noodles! So good. They also very recently opened a cocktail bar just next door to the pool, we went on opening night and tried out the menu, had a great laugh with the kind lads behind the bar & the cocktails are DELICIOUS. Had such a lovely stay at this place, Chiang Mai is such a brilliant place to stay aswell, we plan to return and we would be staying here again when we do!

Location is okay, but I had to call grab to drive me around to most destinations. Roosters wake you up every morning Loud banging sound (slamming door sound) happened the first morning at 5am, didn't know if staff did anything to stop the person at the end. Breakfast is served inside boxed containers instead of buffet style (salad and croissant placed together and salad dressing kept getting the croissant soaked) You can have breakfast in the lobby but there's no ac there, if you eat in the room there are some ants wondering around in the w.c. so I didn't want to keep any food scraps in the room at all after the meal.

I lived in Chiang Mai for three years and know the area so I chose this property because of that. The pool is small, but the rooms are good sized, clean with comfortable beds. You can rent a motorbike at the hotel or at nearby locations if desired. I would recommend that you have some experience riding and having a motorcycle license from your home country helps. If you like Thai and/or western food, one place not far is Gecko Garden.

We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel and the surrounding area. If you visit during the rainy season be prepared with umbrellas and light rain coat if necessary.

The size and style of the room was very nice. The bed was very comfy.

We had booked with breakfast included only to find out on arrival that there was no kitchen and the breakfast would be ordered from elsewhere. The first morning our breakfast arrived in boxes and was very unappealing. Despite already paying in advance, we decided not to have any more breakfasts during our stay. Furthermore, there was no longer a bar available to purchase drinks. The hotel should have advised at the time of booking or prior to arrival that food and drink was not currently available at the hotel.

Rooms are nice and spacious and look exactly as they do in the pictures. Bed is really comfortable Room cleaning daily if you want, rooms smelt beautiful after they had been cleaned. Views from the room are beautiful, we did think it would be nice to have a small table and chairs on the balcony though. The staff are so welcoming and kind. We did have a small issue with the aircon in our first room and the staff were very understanding, they tried to fix it for us but when it couldn’t be fixed they moved us to a better room. We also booked an extra 2 days whilst we were there and they let us stay in the stay room so we didn’t have to pack everything up and move. Breakfast was croissants which you could heat up if you wanted to. They were delicious. The hotel as a whole has a very calming, relaxed feel to it which is we absolutely loved. The pool area is small but really nice. It doesn’t get the sun until the afternoon so the pool is quite cold but nice and refreshing. There are only 4 loungers but we always managed to sit on them when we wanted.

There was nothing not to like, we loved the hotel.

The room was super comfortable and our balcony (overlooking the pool) had sun on during the evening. Accessible as it had a lift. Coffee and croissants available in the morning FOC Staff were super helpful

'Gym' was a treadmill, hike and some dumbells with very limited space. It was also a dirty on tbe floor. Just be weary if you are picking this place because it has a fitness space.

The staff was great. They were flexible with our early check in. The room had a nice view with a small balcony. We borrowed bicycles and were able to ride around and see many of the sites and markets. The coffee lounge and meeting area are open and inviting. The beds are the best.

The elevator is a little slow and the water fluctuated in the shower. I'm reaching here. Everything was great.

This is the second time that my husband and I stayed at this property. We booked a double room with balcony. The room was light, clean and very comfortable. Great value for money and wonderful service from all staff. Coffee and croissant was offered for breakfast as the restaurant is under refurbishment. The property is an easy walk to the canal and town centre.

Very well decorated hotel. Has a nice pool and a comfy lounge area at the reception. Room was at high standard equipped with everything I could think of. Worth mention - is the receptionist "Phong" who was very kind and helped to twice to order an activity and taxies.

The room was spotless, tea and coffee provided and two bottles of water in the mini fridge. The bed was huge and super comfy I wanted to stay in it all day. The bathroom was a good size and had all the little extras you get at a 5* hotel. I loved my stay, the pool was also an nice little extra.
