My partner and I stayed for 3 nights. It was reasonably clean, nice/new decor and affordable. Pool was clean and decent size. Washing machine + powder available. Good location very close to the airport, we took a bolt/grab to get to places and it was roughly 90 bhat a ride, no issues. Complimentary water and snacks were provided. There is a refundable 1000 bhat deposit to be paid on arrival. Download google translate for easier communication with staff. Would stay here again if I was in Chiang Mai.

Minor issue with the bedsheets having blood stains on them, bathroom had a sewerage smell on and off.

Friendly staff at reception desk. Close to the airport, a 7/11 and Central Airport Plaza mall (max 5 min. on foot) and not far from town by tuktuk. Apartment was cozy and very comfortable, excellent if you want more space. Kitchenette equipped with microwave, stove and fridge, 1 wok and basic cooking ustensiles. For non-asian guests knives, coffee spoons and glasses would be appreciated. I would gladly stay again at the Pleasant Condominium. Thank you to everyone.

Great for family stays with enough beds, kitchenette, laundry, balcony. Quiet area. Family has fun in the cold pool. Location to central airport plaza very short walking distance.

Rooms quite small so room for luggage tricky to work out. Only one person on reception spoke English so the phone was used to interpret conversation frequently with staff.

Great location for a two months stay - a short way from the old town and next to the big mall with all services. The neighbourhood is peaceful even though close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

Everything was great. The personal was so kind and helpful. And the condo itself was very cozy and pleasent. Everything clean and nice. Washing machine and little kitchenet was perfect addition.

The location is a bit off, but therefore more quiet so thats a plus. But we knew that before we choose the place.

What a wonderful holiday we stayed in Pleasant Condominiums, Chiang Mai. Quiet, fresh air, clean and tidy of staying in this condo. Swimming pool and gym where we must enjoy every day. Just 7 mins taxi to the condo from the airport. Just 5 mins walk to the shopping mall for food and shopping etc. Walk about 25mins to the old town also close too. Staff are very friendly. Really nice condo of staying for a holiday. Cool.

Hello everyone , in principle this is a pleasant place. friendly staff , quick check in. There is a free water and noodles in the room.

These are just no apartments. There is no designated breakfast area for breakfast.

Was perfect for what we needed. We wanted to be close to the airport. We rented a 2-bedroom flat and it was very very practical and clean.

Location isn’t the right one if you’re looking to visit Chiang Mai though and photos make it look the surroundings are nice but it’s not really the case.

It was large and comfortable for a family of 4. The staff ( Owen) was responsive and tried to make our stay comfortable. it is close to the airport as well which was convenient.

It was a little further from the old town than we realized. The beds were really hard for westerners.

Our family room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool is really nice. The shuttle service works great for us. This hotel offers great value for the price. I highly recommend it.
