For being near the airport it doesn't get much better than this. Surprisingly quiet at night, the staff were polite and everything was fairly clean although a bit worn. The bathroom and shower were good, and the beds were comfortable.

The AC blows in the opposite direction of the beds so it can feel hot at night. The design of the rooms is industrial which doesn't feel very welcoming. Also, I tried to ask the staff about the cheap songteaw (taxi) service that runs around the city streets but he wanted to call me a private taxi instead... he said the songteaw only ran in the city center, but it actually stops near the hotel at the shopping mall across the way. For early morning flights you can actually just walk all the way to the airport in ~10 minutes.

The location was very convenient, everything is in good walking distance apart from excursions in the mountains obviously. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. No need to buy water for room as from my experience we got two bottles a day which was plenty as we started to build a collection. The hotel is good value for money for what you get.

Perfect for a single night before flying from Chiang Mai airport. Close to a huge shopping centre that has loads of shops and a great cinema if you're looking for a relaxing evening before you fly! Good sized room with comfy bed and good AC. Rooftop pool and adequate (but overpriced) breakfast available.

We stayed here between travelling from Pai and going to the airport. It was very easy to find and only a 20 minute walk to the airport (could be faster but I was slow and had luggage). The hotel staff were very kind, helped us with their 24hr reception and offered us free tea/coffee/hot chocolate in reception. They always had a smile on their face even at 4am! The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

It was a long way from the old town but very close to the shopping plaza which had a great food hall.

The location of the WE Terminal Hotel is near to the ChiangMai International Airport , can reach by walking distance only🏨👍🙂🛬🛫🚶🧳🛍️, plus near to the Robinson Department Store , 🏣🏢👍Shopping Complex, by then it's very convenient to find some foods & groceries

Coffee available for free, loved that. Good spacious room, close to airport. Excellent, peaceful location. It's good for staying even for multiple days. Pretty good, upscale and luxurious rooms compared to other random places I stayed at. Delivery options are great, I ordered in all my food, didn't go out, but I think you can walk around for food as well.

Spacious modern room with huge bed,shower and ac both worked well.Staff were friendly and was good for a nights stay near the airport. The swimming pool was well kept

The location of the hotel was next to a busy road and it was a bit noisy during the night.Had to cross the busy road several times to get to most food places nearby

Location was good in between the city and other place I wanted to go . Central Airport was right across the road .

The Room floor could have been a little bit cleaner . Their was only Hot and warm water shower , needed cold water for the Summer day .

The location was excellent. Not more than 10 minutes from the airport. Staff was also very helpful getting a taxi early in the morning at 6.30 am.

The decor was a bit too stark. No amenities provided. An adequate hotel but it was a bit cold - not warm or welcoming. Staff was not at the desk when we arrived around 10.30 pm (Hotel had been warned of late arrival). Another guest had been waiting. It must have been 15 minutes before anyone turned up.

My room 204 was very clean and was comfortable

The beds have plastic wheels and easy move on the tiled floor and make a noise, in the middle of the night the 2 beds split in the middle when I rolled over as the wheels slid easy making it difficult to get up and fix at 3am.
