The breakfasts were also quite exquisite.You can book various day trips at the front desk and the service is also very attentive.

This is a property in the center of the city, and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees, shrubs and ponds. It feels like a little oasis. They have an outside bar, so you can enjoy food and drinks in the garden. The staff was amazing, the breakfast delicious (with plenty of options), and the rooms comfy and pretty,

We were a bit shocked to find out that the location does not have mosquito nets or screens. We traveled in December and there were lots of mosquitoes. Do your research before you go, come armed with a repellent, and preferably your own mosquito net, too - otherwise you're not going to be sleeping much.

Spice House is a little gem, tucked in a quiet corner of Chiangmai Old Town. It is a small boutique hotel with a nice beautiful garden where we took our meals and had our coffee. Location is very good as we could walk around for food and massages. Food in the hotel restaurant, Kitchen, was very good. We had a few of our meals there during our stay. And most importantly, the entire staff of Spice Garden is very friendly, always with a smile and always have time for a quick chat. We totally appreciated that.

If there is one thing to gripe about is the lack of lift in the hotel. Quite cumbersome if one is travelling with big heavy luggages. However, we were helped by the hotel staff.

We had a lovely stay here! The hotel is very well located for everywhere we wanted to go to in Chiang Mai, yet is in a quiet street. Garden was beautiful and peaceful and staff were always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Just be aware that there’s no lift which can be a bit difficult with luggage, but otherwise no issues!

The location is excellent. Close to resturants, markets, laundry service etc. Quite street. Beautiful garden. Lots of free on site parking. Spacious room. Beautiful view of temple.

Provide a lift or alternative way to transport luggage up the stairs. The hotel has three levels but no lift. We paid 300 baht extra per day for an additional bed but it turned out to be a sofa. My son who is 9 years old can just fit but it is a little bit different form my expectation.

This was the 3rd time that I stayed at the Spice House. Nice room; great garden setting; bar is open again. Nice to have a cold drink at the end of the day. Very good location; in walking distance to sites and markets. Very good value for money. I would stay here again.

Breakfast is disappointing. Very limited choice. Only 1 slice of toast! OJ OR (!!!) 1 cup of coffee; pay for 2nd cup! SInce we stayed 10 nights we beefed up our breakfast with OJ, muesli etc. from local supermarket.

Good size room, comfortable bed, that good for couple day stays. Location is a plus. Situates in an old town Chiang Mai. there are restaurants, coffee shops, massage shops, convenient stores, etc. in the vicinity of the hotel. When stepping into the hotel from the hustle buzzle of the street in CM, it just like we enter another world with lots of trees, shrubs, and flower. It's so peaceful.

Breakfast could have been better. Guests can only choose between two sets of breakfast: Western, or Asian. Portion is very small.

The lovely garden and pond in front of the hotel, the view from our window onto the garden and the temple beyond, as well as the location, the very friendly staff and the comfy bed.

The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner could have been a tad nicer (smell/quality) and their refill bottles renewed more frequently so as to keep them clean and more presentable.

a really modern hotel with clean and Nice amenities. the staff was really helpful and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. the location of the hotel is great as it Is situated near the city centre and has good massage places, restaurants and other convenient shops in walking distance.

The hotel is next to the temple and you can hear they ring a traditional temple’ bell at 6 pm, this makes a good vibe of staying in the old town of Chiang Mai. Nice hotel atmosphere with a chill bar in garden, also closes to many bars and coffee shop. Try Zoe in Yellow and Mavoix#8.

Breakfast is not a buffet. It’s super delicious thought! However, I recommend to continue your breakfast somewhere else, there’re many good brunch in Chiang Mai!
