Location was around 10 mins walk to Lee Garden. Near a cafe amazon branch(3 mins walk) for coffee, and opposite 7eleven. Clean, and quiet.

convinience to stay with reasonable price. staffs are very friendly and helpful. there are limited parking spaces but the staff guard it for you. strategic location.
the toilet is a lil bit dirty. there are a lots of hair on the floor when I just checked in.

Staff are super friendly & super helpful. We came by 4 car. The staff make sure we have secure parking at all time. They can speak malay. We took 3 family room & 1 twin room. The family room is spacious & clean! Location also great. Near to Lee Garden, Kedai Kelantan (we just walk leisurely to breakfast!), kaitod decha, 7e. The best is, they got bath tub!!! yipppeeeeee

Location nearby 7-11, cafe, walking distance to Lee Gardens. Quiet at night. Hotel staff are very helpful & nice. This might be an old budget hotel but our stay for 4D3N was very good. And this is our 2nd stay at Neo Hotel 😁

The room was clean and had a nice balcony. The bathroom was elegant and spacious. Good location too. Easy to get tuk-tuk. Good housekeeping - I mentioned the shower curtain was too short, leading to water dripping on the floor during a shower. The housekeeping supervisor immediately replaced it with a longer shower curtain.

I like the family suite was so spacious, divided into two parts and there is a sliding door in between. There is two single beds on one side and one double bed on another side. Extra privacy.
The double bed was little down on the middle, not that comfortable. Others were fine.

This hotel is a bit old tho, but very near to Hat Yai train station. Location is excellent, centre. Walk to nearest cafe infront of hotel & another block. 7E just nearby, across the road!!
Mattress, a bit hard. Anyways we slept like a log due to exhaustion.

no halal restaurant nearby, in booking.com there are 2 hotel, which is neo hatyai and neo grand hatyai, but it is the same hotel, confused at beginning
