Although the alternative hotel was spacious and we enjoyed our stay there, it was further away from city hence it was quite inconvenient for us to travel in group of 15 to city center as we needed to call either grab / tuktuk each time. Hence I was slightly disappointed as I was expecting to stay in V-Ocean hotel instead.

The location is great. Near to 7E, massage shop, Asean Night Market, KimYong Market, Diana Complex... this is my 2nd time stay at this hotel. Room clean and comfartable. All is good EXCEPT staff at receptionist.

The staff (girl) at receptionist NOT FRIENDLY and ARROGANT to customer. Not smile at customer. Not suitable work at front counter. All is good EXCEPT staff at receptionist.

I like all of them. The staff is very helpful, grab and tuk tuk are easy to get, wifi is strong, places to eat are nearby. For muslims Kaksah shop is nearby 5 minutes walk.. Lee garden plaza night market 700 meters from the hotel, walk or take a tuk2. around the hotel is not noisy suitable for families.

Decent location, near Diana shopping complex but traffic there isn't high at this time. You get what you pay for, the value for money is great but don't expect super high standards of cleanliness and facilities. Overall good enough for a short stay for a solo traveller. Staff is very helpful so that's a huge plus.

Cleanliness was not the best, there were sizeable amounts of dusts and cobwebs in the room, bathroom was a little small but decently equipped.

It's better to upgrade to a Deluxe room (TV, Oven, Air Conditioner), with enough space for walking and luggage. The hotel is clean and neat. The hotel does provide towels for baths. Just 10-15mins walking from the center. The surrounding is quit, with no disturbance of tuk-tuk sound. Have a nearby 7-11.

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything we needed for a cheap 2 night stay prior to heading to Malaysia.

The staff weren’t friendly, but they weren’t rude either. Aircon had a mind of its own and the electric cut out whilst we were there - but was fixed relatively quickly.

i like the room, can accommodate my family of 5, the room was provided with microwave, hair dryer, mini refrigerator, daily cleaning and new towel. also can keep luggage because not check in time yet. money worthy for me. satisfied

Great value, stayed on 6th floor. Balcony with view. Quiet hotel with friendly staff. They arranged a taxi to the airport for 350 Baht. Kettle and fridge in the room. New AC. Great location not far from main bus station.

Great location, great price, clean, Air Con worked well and beautiful treat, a HOT shower! The perfect return to Thailand, aside from not having my girlfriend there with me.😉 Highly recommend. 🙏

Decent budget hotel not far from the train station, functional and fine

No complaints, the receptionist seemed either shy or terrified of me , a bit wierd but nothing serious, very little English but hey we are in Thailand
