The hotel is nice and comfortable. But it has no lift and not suitable if you bring along senior citizen family members. Situated in the middle of the tourist attraction and behind the building there are some halal restaurants ie. Khaled Restaurant which is always full during breakfast 😥 (we were unlucky because the trip happened during Malaysian school holidays and the Malaysian were abudantly flocking Hatyai during that time) fortunately there are two 7 Eleven nearby so we ended up get some halal quick and easy food from the convenient stores for breakfast before heading out to see the city with Grab or the mini van. At night you can visit the night market near the Lee Garden which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel where you can buy affordable and cheaper souvenirs, gajus/cashew nuts, pistachios and buah berangan/chesnuts. The hotel balcony was super hot with the aircond stuff and engine on it; so it was not suitable place to hang out because of the sound abd the hot blower, but very useful to dry my clothes. We took Sri Maju express bus from Kuala Lumpur and the Sri Maju's head office where the bus drops the passengger is about 4km walk to the hotel 🥵

"Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff. If most hotels in Hatyai don't provide irons, but this hotel does. The hotel is located near the Lee Garden Night Market (walking distance). Lots of halal restaurant near to hotel (Hamid Restaurant Hatyai, Khaleed restaurant & etc). There are two 7-Eleven stores nearby the hotel. You also may whatsapp Pak Cik Rahman +66817668575, if you want travel with Tuktuk in Hatyai City. He also speaks Malay for Malaysian visitors, and his prices are lower than those of other I've surveyed.

It was spacious and clean. There are two 7e near the hotel. The bed was one of the most comfiest ive ever slept on.

Theres some smell from the bathroom that wont go away. I think its from the drain.

A bit classy, expect less but everything was just fine.

Location is just excellent. Short walking distance to Kim Yong etc, and so many local eats nearby. This is its strongest advantage

There's mosquitoes and ants in the room and the mozzies made me lose some sleep... The windows are shut but I think the mozzies sneaked in from the toilet small window

strategic place, walking distance to place of attraction like lee garden and kim yong market. Asean night bazaar and klong hae floating market have to take grab but still cheap.

Nil negative as a solo traveller. convenience stores and hawker centre is within walking vicinity.

Staffs are friendly. Location is excellent, walkable to the main market and the clock tower where you can find minivan to everywhere in Hat Yai and to Songkhla old town. So many food stalls and restaurants nearly.

It's my second trip to Hatyai in 2.5 months, and I chose P Residence a second time because of its great location to excellent eateries and amenities.

clean. location near Kim Yoon market. short walk to train station one short alleyway away from Main Street so it’s quiet. super nice reception staff

far from the big night markets. no car parking. rooms not like the pictures. balcony patio area is actually a closed off room with a sink. no windows
