Well located near to Lee Gardens, next to New Season hotels, morning markets, 7Eleven and food outlets

Facilities a bit old but well maintained. Shower in the bath is rather dangerous. Better to remove the out-of-date bath tub.

Location is good. Near halal restaurant. Walking distance to Lee Garden area. I have book and stay at this hotel 3 Times. Room comfortable. Pressure pipe in bathroom fast. FYI, i book for the date 18/2 - 20/2. But can't make it due to emergency matter and we manage to change the date to 2/3 - 4/3. Thank you Golden Crown Hotel.

This hotel didn't provide iron. For ladies be prepare. Looks like water in bathroom slowly out from the hole if we using more water. Overall ok

The hotel location is within walking distance to Lee Garden, Kim Yong market, Odean mall (all these places around 500m from hotel) and Kai Tod Decha (around 700m from hotel). If you are not a fan of walking, fret not because Grab and tuk tuk are easily reached around hotel area. There are 2 halal restaurant besides the hotel, the Kelantan restaurant is nearby and 7E is just around the corner of the hotel. If you want to have a great massage experience, you can head up to Carawa Health Massage beside the hotel. The bedroom is spacious, and they clean the room every day plus they change the towels so that you can have fresh clean towels everyday. We will definitely choose this hotel next time we came at Hatyai.

You can almost hear other hotel guest talking and kids crying but that is not a major hindrance

The room is quite big. Not so far from the shopping area. The receptionist at the desk counter is very friendly. There is only one thing that makes me not so satisfied is that earlier that day i requested extra bed. The bed were sent when my family and i were not inside the room. They were supposed to ask me first before they sent the extra bed. Because is not good to enter the customer room without their permission. Besides that im very happy with the room i stay. They have both bath tub and shower.

The hotel contacted me about the booking confirmation and fulfilled the room at the higher level as requested. Hotel staff's are friendly & helpful, my appreciation to one male duty staff (very sorry that i didn't ask his name due to i can't speak Thai🫡), he help me to open my room that I've forgotten to take my room card in the early morning @4 am...Thanks to all 👍

Facilities to improve was the aircon need serving that the temperature was not cool as set, the light below the aircon was spoiled & to add some more power point beside the bad if possible (the whole room i only can find one power point beside the desk).

Great locations, near the attractive places, one step away from food stalls/restaurants (Halal). 7E - right in front on the hotel They gave us a connected rooms - convenient for us as a family. Clean room and friendly staff. They allowed us to keep our luggage at the lobby before we checked in as we arrived early at 8am.

Not able to extend our stay , only managed to get 1 night stay.

Everytthing - location, right at the centre, couple of minutes of walk from night markets, 7/11 2 minutes from hotel, huge spacious room, good A/C, good hot water pressure, but above all its staff - Ms Waree at the reception (but her colleagues too) is absolutely fabulous, very kind, accommodating, gives the best advice on anything - culture, food, shopping, really superb. Thanks mostly to her I would come again. The hotel is a great value too. Kap khun kaap!

This was the 2nd time within 3 months I stayed here with connecting rooms. 1) The room size is bigger than other places. 2) The location. Walking distance to Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market

Parking limited. But i still managed.

Spacious room and bed. Overall ok and budget. And found another hotel with same name which look nice and grand, haha. But this room and hotel also ok for stay, just the design is older or more classic. Have fridge to keep beverage.

Quiet far from market and Hatyai train station by walking. Recommend take car to reach hotel, except u like to exercise with heavy luggage.

Good location, spacious room, and because the building is a little old it has a cozy feel, if that makes sense. Doesn’t feel outdated though. The parking is convenient, and the hotel itself is really, really close to the night markets.

Not the most comfortable bed, extremely subjective though. To me it wasn’t soft enough.
