The location was near to the airport. It was perfect for us as we had to catch an early flight. The hotel has parking so it's convenient for those who drive. The location is about 20-30 minutes from the central but it was okay for us as Hat Yai is only a pit stop for us. They also cater to our requests to have a lower ground room and rooms next to each other. The room was spacious for two people. The shower had an okay water pressure meanwhile the toilet's water pressure was great.

The internet connection was a bit slow but it was not inconvenient.

Great stay very close to the airport. Easy walk across the street to have dinner. The room was immaculate. Super clean and comfortable. It was an excellent value. The communication with the resort was also top notch. Someone was quick to respond to my questions before arrival. After I left, they sent a message asking if I forgot to stop in the office to get my deposit (300B) . Yes, I did. They offered to put it in a Thai account or hold it for my return from Koh Lipe. I really appreciated the effort they put in to return my money.

this was in an ideal location for us for one night on our way to Ko lipe and really close to the airport the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and picked us up from the airport and we could also book our onward travel through reception and were collected from the hotel the following day the restaurant opposite the hotel did excellent food at reasonable prices . the hotel was good value for money

Breakfast is provided on request and is a simple but well prepared Thai dish. There are many small cafe's very close to the hotel and it is fun to look around and find some food that you enjoy, we ate a lot of noodles and Dim Sum, an excellent coffee and pastry bar is just across the road.

For the price that is charged it is very hard to think of anything that we did not like, maybe just that we could not stay longer.

The owner and his wife are the loveliest couple, we spent the afternoon chatting with them, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was big and bright, clean and with everything you need. You can order food to your room. only a 3 min drive to the airport Thanks for everything Dave and Pye( sorry about spelling)

Helen and Sofia were very helpful and wonderful ladies. They respond to our inquiry very fast and do not hesitate to help us They can communicate very well in Malay and English. This place is 2 minutes from Airport and good place to stay. Highly recommended and good value for money

It was super clean and very comfortable, the get very good value for the facilities. We used it as a transit on our way to Koh Lipe for one night and we’re very satisfied with the room.

The drain holes in the bathroom and a bad smell.

the room is nice, spacious and clean. bathroom is clean with hot shower facility. fridge is available to keep food inside. bed is comfortable. a great place for a short stay. near to airport, quite far from the city centre

I stayed for one night only. It was close (15min walk) to the airport which was great.

The staff didn't appear very welcoming. Deposit was required to be paid in cache.
