Not close to the beach

Room was very spacious with big double bed and separate shower and loo cubicles. Wash basin in the room was a surprise but worked well. Fault with in room safe on arrival was fixed within half an hour. Balcony a very practical size. Close to main road but little noise when windows closed. No trouble sleeping. Free shuttle bus a bonus but no problem if missed as Bhat bus route into night market outside for 40p. My bus transfer to Koh Tao didn't leave until 11:30pm but a discounted room rate was negotiated to keep the room until 10pm. Free shuttle bus to bus terminal included. Would highly recommend.

Pool area was very nice but the water was freezing so few people were brave enough to use it. Good sunbathing area. Few local restaurants but KFC and Amazon at PTT station 7 minutes walk away, few local food options.

Room was big with a king sized bed. Bed was really soft and comfortable, like a cloud. Cute cafe/restaurant next to the hotel lobby and scenic rooftop bar and pool where you can catch the sunrise. Appreciate the free shuttle service to the city center too, and for helping to store our bags at the reception after check out. A really good place for the price :)

It is about 5km away from the city center, so there are not many amenities within walking distance. But there are sufficient facilities within the hotel, and it is a peaceful location.

Room was really nice, very large, huge bed, balcony, quiet place, relaxing. The towels were changed every day and each day they were folded in different artistical way. The lady at the reception helped with taxi and information. She was so nice to install whatsapp for me to be able to communicate ( as I could not call with my roaming) . The pool on the roof is also nice, I haven't used it as I wanted to go to the beach but I enjoyed the bar...so ..so relaxing. Also good food and I liked I could pay with card at the end of the stay.

We loved the decor and design of this hotel. The 7th floor pool area is so nice, so many cool spaces to hang out and catch the breeze. Kids loved the pool and was a great are to relax. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. Staff friendly apart from one young guy. We had a car so didn’t mind it being a little out of town.

Wasn’t much to not like however the laundry service was terrible. We had been travelling around Thailand and came across the laundry service. I thought it would be a good opportunity to get it done before we left the following day. I dropped it off early the day before we were due to check out. It was probably my mistake but I didn’t ask how long it would take or how much. I said to reception later that day we were leaving early the next day to drive to Bangkok. They rang me that night to say it wouldn’t be ready until 11am the following day. We delayed our departure and then was surprised to find it was just over 1000bht. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using that service.

The room was very well furnished, the bed comfortable—king size, lovely and medium hardness- loved having a place sit with the daybed/couch and extras like a makeup mirror —the location to the town and beach were good, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. The staff were welcoming and made our stay very nice.

The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on away from home, room spacious and stylish. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas. Restaurant for breakfast good... lunch, there was a set price menu and drink deal...evening dinner, Korean food. The pool, gym, pool bar were on the roof. Happy hour from 5 til 7 for cocktails. The hotel had a free shuttle service to take guests to and from Hua Hin and the beach. Highly recommended, we would stay here again.

The warm friendly reception was outstanding. My luggage was taken from the taxi to the reception quickly. Taken to the room by means of the lift, which i missed in another hotel downtown. My first positive impression was confirmed durin my 4 nichts of stay. Thanks also to Miss Eu especially for her professional care and finding the lost roomkey after all. The lobby with the breakfast aerea are most inviting and beautyfully decorated and built. Very clean as well. A Coi basin was next to the restaurant which has also many plants arround. The room was very modern and comfortable. Everything worked and was very well cared for. The roomstuff freshed up the room daily, and two not working lightbouls were repaced in a minute. 10 points also here. The offered Food was very delicious and even served at the infinity pool. Here i had time to relax and enjoy the sight to the beach. One of the best hotels i`ve ever been to. The shuttle service was very punctual, friendly and free of cost. I love to go back one day and enjoy my time in this beautiful place. Thanks to all the stuff of the Huahin Whale Hotel.

everything was just perfect.

The rooms are amazing the bath on the balcony was brilliant for a day I caught to much sun to sit in cold bath In the shade! The roof top pool and bar etc is amazing full of very friendly chilled people. The staff great help with all our needs.

Bathroom with whirlpool was amazing. Large and comfortable bed. Grear balcony. Pool bar and area make you like to relax there all day. Breakfast is good and has mix from western and asian cuisine. Free flow coffee. Good for elderly and disabled people. Free shuttle bus to the city and back (drop off on just one location).

Bit moldy at the curtains and the bathroom.
