Location is good. Short walk to beach. Close to Bintabaht bar area, but noise not an issue. Popular expat bar/restaurant Father Ted’s is only a couple of doors away and a 7 11 is next door. Decent size swimming pool.

Breakfast not available, but Amazon Coffee shop next door and House of Croissants is couple more doors away for breakfast. Tea or coffee in room would have been nice. On my final day a few cockroaches started turning up in my room. Notified staff when I checked out and they very apologetic and promised to get onto it straight away.

Well located, about 10 min or less walk to the beach. Close to a number of restaurants. Pool is nice. Room was clean, and they cleaned every day and left 2 water bottles. Room was also very spacious. AC worked well.

Wifi was not very good. Lot of noise at night, can hear very loudly everything that is happening in the hallway, including opening and closing doors. AC and all electricity is dependent on the key being in the slot so everything shuts off while you’re gone. Booked a room without a balcony but would suggest booking one with.

Great place to stop at. Already booked for next trip - do not do that often. Its in the heart of everything so local to everything I want and need for a great holiday. Know the city wella s been staying HH for +14 years and value for money is there. Its not new, but clean, functional and with graet staff. B eds afford a great nights sleep and it is in a quiet location despite its centralness.

Um. Phew. Really. Nothing bad - except I had to leave, wanted to stay longer!!

The hotel is very conveniently located 300m from the beach and within easy walking distance of the town and railway station. Many restaurants and bars are nearby. The rooms are larger than average with much space. The balconies are of a reasonable size but without a good view. The swimming pool is an added bonus. Staff were very helpful. The rooms were kept very clean.

Rooms are beginning to need a refurbishment.

Breakfast not. included, we ate locally. We liked location ad the friendliness and can do attitude of staff. Also drinks provided from vending machine which was convenient and reasonably priced. For the price the hotel was quite okay

We. were originally provided with room without balcony. We. were moved to balcony room that we had booked after first night. Refund for one night difference provided no problem

Big rooms without frills. Central location, yet quiet. Nice, big pool, ideal for "serious" swimming.

No kettle in the room. Upon request, the friendly staff gave me one, which is probably not possible for all rooms during high season.

initially I booked a non balcony room. Changed after one night to balcony room for the next three nights which was a much nicer room and not much extra price. Location is central to everything and noise from bars or traffic wasn’t an issue.

Mattress was a little on the thin side, but still comfortable and I slept OK.

I Booked for 2 nights and stayed for 16 it was convienent and comfortable with a lovely pool.. I am an elderly woman traveling to see family and I felt very safe staff were friendly and always on hand'

a kettle would be the only addition but I had my own so no no problem for me
