These spacious accommodations offered us tranquility and authenticity, with a stunning sea view each morning serving as a daily highlight. Dining was a culinary adventure, featuring haute Thai cuisine and fusion cuisine. The Chef Rong and Chef Mauricio skillfully prepared dishes that were not only delicious but also visually stunning, creating an unforgettable dining experience. The range of complementary activities offered was impressive, from morning yoga sessions with the coach Alisa that started our day with serenity, to Muay Thai boxing classes with Chad coach that were both challenging and fun. The private cooking class with Chef Rong were really a standout experience, allowing us to dive deeper into Thai culture and learn how to create traditional dishes under the guidance of a skilled chef. A heartfelt thanks goes to restaurant and bar personnel: Fon, Smile, Kris, Toy, Ae, Gafew, Han, Nu and others; to reception personnel: Esme, Aoy, Pare, Algen, Aom (sending her our best wishes for a smooth transition into motherhood!); and the management team: Ameur, Alla and others, for their unmatched hospitality and responsive service, truly the heart of the resort. Their warm and attentive service made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We left with beautiful memories and a desire to return. For anyone seeking a luxurious, genuine Thai experience, this resort is a true treasure.

Beautiful hotel set within a sprawling, serene location toward the North West of the island. Private beach, excellent staff, incredible breakfast, wifi fantastic throughout the entire footprint, food delicious (we opted for half board and ate at the 'Lai Thai' restaurant every night - so so good!) and also close to fisherman's village and other places if you wanted to go explore outside of the hotel. Our room was stunning, set at the top, overlooking the sea and the resort - so so quiet, spacious and well kept. We thought the pictures made the rooms look a little old but it was not at all! Super traditional, mixed with modern amenities that worked perfectly like coffee machine, A/C and bathroom. We also had a turn down service every night that kept restocking thai sweet treats and fruits like passion fruit, dragonfruit and losads of other exotic treats! Highly recommend, an excellent hotel that exceeded all our expectations.

Being 5 star, it was quite pricey for drinks BUT they were so so good, I didn't mind paying but something to bear in mind. I also found the introduction to the hotel amenities and events of the week to be a little lacking. It would have been better if they had updated us on everything the hotel had to offer (for example, the themed dinner nights, how the dinners worked for half board and excursions available). The biggest disappointment was a dinner we had at the restaurant down on the beach. The menu was nowhere near as good as Lai Thai, which is a shame as all the food we had during our stay was so so good! These are really minor points, and didn't impact our stay at all - and I wouldn't change my exp from 5 stars!

Expectations were high for Belmond level but not met for many details. For example, breakfast items limited, events’ food mediocre, 50 min wait to get the iron to the room, noisy A/C, pool walls dirty, outdated furnitures, service partly good and amicable partly indifferent - managerial support could help. Overall, thinking price, the experience remains a bit disappointing. Really wish a good effort to make it better!

This resort is an excellent choice for both couples and families and especially for those looking to celebrate a special occasion. This place is amazing. Great quite location, amazing stuff, the room is very comfortable. There are yoga lessons for free. Very very recommended!!!!

Tiny things - There should be a smart TV in hotel like this and there wasn’t. The wood floor in the room is old and therefore very noisy. All the services from the hotel are very expensive (restaurant, laundry, etc) but there a several good food alternatives nearby .

Beautiful, private beach, view from bungalows, decor. Breakfast was delicious. Staff are wonderful. Extremity welcoming. They have thought of pretty much everything.

Food / drinks are considerably more than other high end restaurants / bars in koh samui. But quality and service is excellent.

The villa was very nice, the layout was very cozy and comfortable, great views. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic, very helpful and would constantly go above and beyond to make sure we had a good time.

The beds were meant for people shorter than 6 feet, not bad but can be updated to be more comfortable for taller guests.

The hotel is in a quiet area of the island, you need to take a taxi to enjoy night life. Seaweed don’t really let you to swim close to the shore, but can’t really blame the hotel for this. Air conditioning a bit noisy

- Beautiful resort, very well kept despite of its age. - It’s quite secluded, something we loved as we wanted to disconnect and relax. The resort invites you to stay during the whole day, as it also provides guests with a quite nice private beach. - Rooms are comfortable. The standard villas are not super big, but still they are well equipped. - Service is fantastic. There is a clear orientation to provide a great experience from each staff member, who makes an effort to get to know you and your preferences during the stay. Very professional, detail-oriented and not intrusive at all. - F&B is quite strong. The two restaurants available offer good quality and service.

- Breakfast could be improved. In my opinion, there could be an “a la carte” breakfast supported by some live stations and buffet. I missed more variety compared to other resorts. Quality, though, is good. - Villas are a bit outdated.

The villas are beautiful, very comfortable and give you maximum privacy. I think all of them have the sea view. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful garden with palm trees, birds and butterflies everywhere. The service and stuff at the hotel is exceptional, they don't help, they simply read your mind and make the stay unforgettable. It is the best hotel in Thailand I have been to and I highly recommend for anyone who would like to switch off and relax. The food is excellent, the activities are not tacky like in other resorts (they have free yoga, tennis, Mai Thai classes, bikes and paddle boards to use, Thai cooking classes etc). We had the most relaxing break, thank you Napasai!
