This was the last place I stayed in Thailand after a 2 month trip. This place was simple and wonderful. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean every day. Falling asleep listening to the waves was my favorite part. It’s a quiet part of Chaweng so there’s no loud music or fireworks going off every night. The staff was the sweetest and they really cared about my comfort. I couldn’t ask for anything better for my last week in Thailand.

The construction next door only happens during the day. So I didn’t have an issue with it because I was out of the room during the day. You can’t hear it on the beach either. So really no problems at all for me. Some people who are looking to sleep in the room all day may have an issue with it.

Fine location if you want to enjoy both the bustling tourist area in town and the more quiet beach scene. Most areas of the main town are walking distance. The garden cabins are decorated simple. Small fridge, security safe. The rooms and bathroom are spacious. Nice but small pool.

There is no real staffed pool bar. If you want to get something to drink or snack at the beach or pool , i had to go to the lobby to get the staff to man the poolbar. The in-room security safety box was installed in the closet without bolts, so everybody could carry it away.

Very nice and spacious bungalow - ours with a beautiful partial seaview to be enjoyed from the terrace. Great location at the quieter south end of Chaweng but still with easy walking distance to restaurants, shops etcetera. Very nice and helpful staff. Good set breakfast with a few options to choose from. Beautiful beach, though it was very windy and with rather big waves when we were there.

contrary to its 3 star ratings the resort grounds were really looked after. very clean and right on the beach. Its not a new state of the art resort but the rooms were very well equipped with large fridge, wardrobe with ample coat hangers. the bathroom is simple but very clean and huge. I took a pool and see view bungalow and I loved the balcony where I could watch the sunrise every morning and chill with a cold beer in the afternoons. great restaurants just cross the road from the resort and 7/11 is only a couple of minutes walk. This little hidden gem is a family business and the owners are just a delight. I highly recommend this place as it is a great value for money. thank you for your hospitality. I will return.

I liked the pleasant attitude of the staff but the level of service and communication ability was not on par with the amount charged for the room. The bungalows need an interior upgrade for sure, then it would be worth the price paid. We look forward to coming back once improvements have been made because we liked the location and the general laid back energy of the place. ☺️

It was supposed to be a double bed but our room had two twin beds put together, with two separate mattresses. They should provide a double bed and mattress if that's what is advertised.

Chewang Bliss is a nice property in the busy Chewang beach area of Koh Samui. It is within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We stumbled on a small out of the way restaurant, OP Bar, that had great local food at very reasonable prices. It's been in the same location for 5 years but was closed for two years during COVID. There are only 4 tables in the restaurant portion of the bar but It's worth the walk. The restaraunt/bar is located 400 meters form Chewang Bliss on the connection road between Chewang Beach Road and Thanon Haad Ngam. It shows up only as "Local Thai Food" on google map. Walk north from Chewang Bliss on Beach Road and turn left at the Mercure Hotel.

Post COVID some resorts are adding a 3% banking fee" to their charges if you use a credit card to pay. The resort description only states that credit cards are accepted with no mention of the additional fee.

Great location, clean room, good staff, good pool and restaurant.

There were locked doors to another room in our room. There was a man accomodated in that room and we could basically hear all of the sounds a human body can make (you can imagine). It was like there was a third person with us in the room. Other than that everything was great and i can imagine being in one of the bungalows would be great.

1. Washroom is not bad, but can be improved. 2. It’s not resort’s fault but there are lot of mosquitoes in whole Samui

Lovely little bungalow overlooking the beach. Very clean and Tidy resort with nice pool and plenty of sunbeds. Staff were very helpful. Laundry service on sight. Had fridge and kettle in bungalow which is always good.

Location is lovely for day time but a bit further away from Central Sumui than we would have liked. There are restaurants within walking distance but area appears a little run down. Having said that the main area is walkable if you are up for it (approx 2.5k) and the little hop on buses run all the time.

Fantastic location, amazing staff who were so helpful. Everyone so lovely and will do anything for you.
