Great location, easy to rent a bike right at the hotel reception, the staff are friendly.

The pool was my least favorite part. The tiles on the walls of the inside of the pool were falling off and scattered on the bottom of the pool at certain parts and I even got cut on my leg from the side of the wall in one section.

Very spacious room & bathroom, (with pool view), very good A/C, big comfortable bed, tv, kettle, fridge & balcony & wifi. We booked 2 nights & extended & stayed 9 nights. We had great sleeps. Close enough to all the action. Good food is Crystal Restaurant (7 mins walk, & very fair prices, we went there alot). About 8 mins easy walk to great big sandy Chaweng beach. Big very fair priced supermarket right next door. Will def stay again. Enjoy Samui 😀

When we originally checked in, we had booked a Poolview room with booking.com for two nights and the lady at reception said room with pool view was not available, even though we had previously pre-booked it a week before, she said “maybe” tomorrow “maybe”, so after a lengthy discussion, i.e. we said we would cancel, she found us a room with a pool view. If she had just assigned us the room we had booked and paid for in the first place, there would not have been any unnecessary friction at the beginning.

The place is affordable and it is good value for the money. The hotel and amenities are quite outdated but the room was clean and spacious. It feels safe to stay there. There is a common pool where the guests can enjoy a sunbath. Surprisingly, there is also a gym and elevator there. It's close by a huge local grocery store with cheap local prices. There is a 10 min walk to a nice and cheap street food. The hotel had guest from around the world with different ages. It is also indicated for a long stays. If you are looking for a place to stay that it is not luxurious, I can recommend this place as a good deal to stay.

The main issue was the area since there was no sidewalk on the main street. You need to walk on the side of the road and the cars or motorcycles drive quite fast there. It is only feasible if you have a hire a motorcycle or a car. It is a 5 min walk to the Chaweng beach.

Everything was perfect (for me). The building is very spacious with wide hallways. With elevator! The building and the rooms I stayed in were always spotless clean, courtesy of the always friendly and smiling cleaning ladies (hi Pyu! 👋) The rooms are pretty big with a nice balcony, one side of the building has stunning mountain view. There's a gorgeous pool that looks really inviting. And then the cherry on the cake - - - - > They have a gym!! The people at the reception are ready and happy to help you 24/7! The only negative thing was leaving. 🥲

This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels we have seen in Thailand. The sheets and towels were clean, the floors, bathroom and even the lobby has no dust or hair. They clean the room every day if you want. The rooms are huge, around 30-35 m2 and very spacious. You have a table with two chairs and additionally two plastic very comfortable loungers to use in the balcony or in your room. The fridge is mid size and all rooms have a kettle and hair dryer. The water pressure is good, there is always hot water. The pool is bigger than most properties here, enough for a leisurely lap and they have sunbeds to chill on. The car park is big and the reception is open 24 hours. There is a very clean small gym for an occasional work out. Our room was facing the po amd we loved the view of the pool with Samui’s mountains at the back with palm trees. The price is almost unbeatable and there is a huge 24 hour open supermarket right next door. You can walk to the main street in 3 minutes and 10 minutes to the beach. We stayed for two weeks here had a great time in Koh Samui. Especially young Laila at the front desk helped us a lot for our requests and for renting a motorbike, she also speaks very good English.

Great location, walking distance to the bars/restaurants and the beach. Pool was nice although the pads on the chairs were not taken care of. The room is very spacious, AC and WIFI work very well. Very quiet and chill vibe here. Bathroom is big and has a shower that is separate from the toilet which was really nice. They provide you with a drying rack for your clothing which was a nice touch. Gym is available but no AC.

Difficult to think of anything negative, the only thing that comes to mind is the water was turned off my last morning there. Other than that this was a great stay and would stay here again.

The hotel was not too far off the main strip and center of Chaweng, the local food markets were amazing to eat at which were a couple of minutes walk from the property. It was Quiet and relaxing and even though it was not the most luxurious property due to it being a 2 star hotel you can't expect too much but it exceeded my expectations and I was happy to rebook here for a longer period of time after trying the other local hotels at the same price, this one was by far the best. The pool was clean and tidy and the gym is a very good addition to your stay which not many others at this price offer. All in all I had a great stay and I'm sure the extra days that I have booked will be just as pleasant.

Spacious room, fridge and kettle in the room, free coffee and water daily, you can have new clean towel daily. Staff is really friendly with poor english but my Thai is much worst.. Pool and pool area is nice to chill. Nice to have a gym in the residence - better easy gym than no gym. The location is really good, you can´t really hear noise from the street and I´m a light sleeper. Close to the beach (7min walk), close to the local food (go to the Boat and Teaw, the best local food for great price), the Supercheap grocery store just next to the Residence.

I had to clean my room after the check-in. Floor and walls in the bathroom were pretty disgusting but with hot water from the kettle and soap you can make a miracles. The two wardrobes were full of dust and cobwebs. So if you don´t mind to spend 20 mins of cleaning at the beginning of your stay, you will be all good as I was. The gym is full of machines, most of which are broken, but you can still find some that work, and there's nothing wrong with the dumbbells.

Absolutely loved this place! We got a really big room, with spacious bathroom! Hot water, super good AC. Big comfortable bed, flat screen with a lot of channels and this is the best internet I’ve had in Koh Samui. We also got a big balcony with pool and Mountain View. They have a big pool that is great and have sun all day! The staff is super nice and helpful. They clean the room everyday (if you want to) It was beside a store that is open 24/7, near 7-eleven, restaurants, motorcycle renting, laundry. 10min walk to the more tourist road in Chaweng. This is the best place I’ve tried in Koh Samui, I really recommend it. :) I stayed here for more than a week because it was so comfortable.

Good big Hotel & friendly staff. “Huge” room & bathroom cleaned daily + free toiletries & 2 bottles of water. Comfortable King size bed, + nice quiet sleeps.. Large fridge/freezer, Kettle + cups. Nice balcony + a wooden clothes dryer. Very good Air con. Flat screen Tv & many channels + some English movies + news channels. Good wifi. Hot shower. Pool view. “Free” good sized Gym 💪 on ground floor that has just opened with all brand new quality gym equipment 🦾👍 Hotel has a big pool, + outdoor showers/ toilet, + sun beds. Next door is a large supermarket, and outside the hotel are many self service Laundrette’s with washing machines/dryers with good prices. For cheapest priced tours + ferry transfers + excursions/ boat trips etc is “Samui Twin 2 Tour and Travel” @ 28/9 Chaweng beach road (genuinely lovely Thai lady called “Kan”). which is 5 mins easy walk from PTK hotel. 5 min’s easy walk to huge sandy Chaweng beach. 🏖️🏝️☀️ We will stay here again 😎
