Own bungalow with a hottub outside Very enthusiastic host willing to help each time (extra coffee, rent a bike, …) Good price for what you get

Felt more like a ‘luxury camping’ than a hotel. An ‘official’ reception instead of 2 shirtless guys, and a city map would already improve a lot. The loose approach could also been seen as a positive point, depending on what you expect 😊

This is a place where you can really find peace and relaxation. No loud music outside or from guests. The owner, Thomas, contributes significantly to this. He is very helpful in every situation. He is always friendly and fulfills all of his guests' wishes. I have great confidence in him. The facility is beautiful, plenty of green and neat, The rooms are bright, clean and welcoming. The terrace is very spacious and invites you to linger. The swimming pool is very nice for people who like swimming and being active

Nothing. If we come to Koh Samui once more, it would be a pleasure for us to stay here again.

Awesome place to relax while having all the amenities of a home plus a great little spa to cool down after a hot day in Koh Samui. Alex was a fantastic host and if you need anything don't hesitate to ask. Highly recommend 👌

The cottage was amazing. A very large bedroom, lovely bathroom and tea/coffee, smart tv, large super king bed and the plunge pool in the garden was a nice extra! There is a large pool for the cottages to use too. Alex the host was lovely, he arranged my transfer from the airport (only a 6 minute drive) and then even took me back himself at 5.30am in the morning. He checked in regularly to see if there was anything I needed and could arrange scooter hire etc if needed. The cottage was located within a 5 minute walk to the popular beach. It was beautiful. There were plenty of restaurants, bars and a beach club whose pool was free to use. Travelling on my own was made so easy by the location here and the safe feel of the area. Thanks for a great trip Alex! You will be recommended to all of my family and friends and I hope to come back one day soon :)

Everything was exceptional!

From the moment we arrived Alex was so friendly and helpful, he couldn’t of done enough for us during our stay which we were extremely grateful for. He even made the effort to contact us each morning via WhatsApp to see if there was anything we needed. The accommodation is well looked after and as shown on the photos. Our cottage was clean and comfortable, we were provided with welcoming water/tea/coffee within our room and even beach towels which were super helpful around the pool. The outside jacuzzi was such a nice added feature, especially when we wanted to chill in the evenings and the pool was brilliant! Alex arranged both our transfer for us, to and from the airport which was really helpful. The location of moon cottage is fantastic, we were a 5 minute walk from the beach and lots of choice as to where to eat.

The only thing we would change about our stay would be daily room turn over, this would have been appreciated as we stayed there for 4 nights.

A small place with just a few cottages for rent. You get a small garden and private whirlpool with each cottage. The rooms themselves are very light. Everything as you see it in the pictures. Enough space between each cottage so you won't hear to much from your neighbours. All appliances in the room worked, no troubles the. Cleaning staff and the owners do an excellent job. Felt very welcome and comfortable during my stay. Owners are helpful with anything you need. Rental Scooters, cars, Taxi or some tickets. At the entrance there are also two excellent restaurants. Anong and Krua Thai. Also everything for your daily needs is in walking distance. Laundry, massage, 7 11. Public beach access is about 400m away and totally worth the walk. All in all incredible value for the money. I suggest this place to anyone who has been to Samui before or those who want a bit more peace and quiet away from the party crowd.

I loved everything about this property! I just wish I found it sooner! From the moment I booked the owner was great with communication, very accommodating and offered advice for trips out. Had daily contact to see if everything was okay, honestly can’t speak highly enough of the owner he really was great and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The property was great the room was very spacious and so was the bathroom, also very clean and in a great overall condition. You have your own private little garden and hot tub and also a main communal pool. Very quiet location with a some restaurants close by or a 10-15 minute scooter ride or taxi to the main strip. We loved it so much we stayed in koh samui for longer so we could have a couple more nights at moon cottage, we would definitely stay again if we ever come back to the island.

rooms beautiful. large. spotlessly clean. jacuzzi plunge pool outside bedroom door. all facilities in excellent condition. communal pool so clean. Alex could not do enough to help constantly checking if we needed anything. so pleasant. even took us to airport for low price. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone. it’s v close,just few mins walk to lovely clean beach and to a nice Main Street. this is an excellent location. we had previously been to another part of samui which we did not like but we were very happy with moon cottage and surrounding area.

there is nothing not to like.

Beds were comfortable, host was great help with good suggestions, bathroom was nice and television had Netflix location was fairly close to chewang and was next to the airport which suited us (not so close that you can hear the planes) we hired a scooter and think without it it may have been a slight problem

The toilet was in a cupboard but there was a massive bathroom that was well decorated with plenty of room for a toilet not an issue just obscure but maybe that’s just me being ignorant can’t fault this accommodation at all to be honest

Location was good and enjoyed the amenities. Hot tub and pool on site. It was ideal for our two night stay. Very clean and the room has everything you would need (especially on a rainy day).

We were unlucky with the weather for our stay. The hot tub was pretty cold so couldn’t use it. We would have preferred to be left to our own devises during our stay, even when we had told the host were okay and had everything we needed, we still received many messages throughout our two days.
