It was beautiful, stunning setting, clean, friendly staff almost perfect!

Not enough chairs round the pool or on beach, if you couldn’t get a chair it was a very uncomfortable day for you, it states the policy is if you don’t use a chair for 20 mins your stuff will be removed but this wasn’t enforced which is a shame - it wasn’t a case of getting up early to put a towel out because if you did this and went for breakfast that’s when your towel would be removed so the trick was to go for breakfast in shifts. I would rather more beds and umbrellas on the beach where there was ample space and have to pay for them than not enough free ones

great place with the best beach.on Chaweng. Close to everything you might need. massage, food, shops, bars, Thai boxing stadium.. good breakfast buffet spread with indoor and outdoor seating. had 2 delux rooms with connecting doors and partial sea view on top floor.

its a minor detail and didn't spoil our holiday but would like to mention it. for the pool and beach area of the hotel: the beach towel system didn't work.for us. Our card was taken by someone else straight away. Most beach umbrellas and chairs were blocked with towels early on and then often not used for hours. There is some shade under the one and only tree next to the massage place..

I prefer a cabin tropical setting versus a modern resort, but OZO really grew on me. Loved it. Staff were fantastic. Saved some money on a garden room, but having stayed there it would be my preference (would repeat my decision without hesitation) - no pool noise and lots of privacy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Some of the guests were a little rude, but this was not a big deal.

The staff was super friendly. The beach and pool were very nice. They allowed us to keep the luggage for the day and still use the pool after checkout as well as providing a room to take a shower before leaving. The air condition was the best of all our stays.

The spots at the pool and beach were taken relatively early in the day with a few people even reserving multiple spots (one in the sun, one in the shadows). OZO asked people not to do it - but what else shall they do? Somehow, we still managed to get a nice spot without reserving anyways. For us, the location was great as the beach was great. And luckily we were at least a few meters away from the party hotshots. But the streets were still very busy and touristy in the evening. Personally, we'd go for a more silent area or a smaller island next time.

The pool. The location. The amount of sunbeds. The food!! The staff, so friendly. Far enough from the horrible part of Chaweng but still a lot of restaurants around to have a decent meal. Although I would recommend eating at the smalll restaurant near the beach. Good food and nice staff!

The people who reserve their sun beds with a towel! This starts at 7 in the morning. The hotel should prohibit this. It is horrible. Beds are taken for the whole day without anyone sitting on them. And this is a family hotel. If you are traveling alone maybe this is not the best hotel.

Location is perfect, right at Chaweng beach. It is also close to the main street yet it is very calm. The room was a little bit small, but the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast includes a wide selection of international and local options and everything was tasty. I would definitely stay there again.

Main door of the room doesn't isolate the noise properly, so you can easily hear people passing by and talking. But it wasn't a big issue.

Hotel has a good location, close to the city center ( 5-10min by walk) with perfect beach in front of the hotel. Very nice and kind staff and always helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lot of choice of food-local, international, vegetarian, meat…whatever you want. Close to the hotel you will find a lot of groceries, restaurants, fast food, tourists offices. Even at the hotel you can book your diving, tour to KoTao, Mu Ko Ang Thong National Marine Park, Ko Pha Ngan and other islands. Airport is not far away from the hotel, 15 min by car. We really enjoyed.

Rooms are little bit smaller than expected and balcony also but it was not a big issue. Overpriced food and drinks in the restaurant.

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. Location is perfect, breakfast has huge variety, pool area is well maintained, clean and spacious. Our room was good size, clean with comfortable bed and pillows. You get good sleep as it’s quiet during the night. I love the fact that you can’t hear noises or birds in the room once you close the windows

Ozo Chaweng has a great position on the beach, certainly the beach is one of the best on the island. We didn't spend time at the pool because the sea and the beach were too attractive but the pool area looks pretty good. Breakfast at the hotel is quite good with a solid selection. The rooms are a little small, it wouldn't hurt if they were a little bigger and more comfortable. In any case, the accommodation is very good value for money.

We paid 880$ for 6 nights, for an ocean view room. Imho is not that expensive for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is one of the best I've seen, very diverse. Coffee is not great, but rarely is in these kind of places. But it's not that terrible either. They change towels every day. There's not a lot of storage room but we managed without being crowded. Oh! And the jewel of this hotel is Benjamas (I hope I'm not butchering her name), the lovely lady with the tours. She made our Koh Samui experience amazing through her recommendations and her gentle nature.

The overall hotel is clean, staff is very attentive and always pleasant. We had a small hiccup at the beginning with the airport pick up, but they made it up to us by being awesome after that. The rooms do need a little upkeep, especially the showers, as someone was mentioning below (door doesn't close properly, you kinda flood the bathroom, the string for your clothes is right in front of the door instead of closer to the wall, so you risk injuring yourself and/or slip), but it wasn't something we could not manage. But hey, we might be more chill about these things than others, so take it with a grain of salt.
