The rooms on the beach side was amazing, with nice pool ant wonderful view.

beach was very dirty, even though they said they clean it every day. Also it was not possible to go anywhere by foot, because of the busy street with no sidewalks. Breakfast was average.

Do yourself a favor and book this hotel. As the staff at Prana always says, "they have not forgotten how to do Hospitality after the pandemic". Stayed in the room by the infinity pool/ocean and it was absolutely great. It is a huge room with a huge bathroom, both with enough place to leave your belogings. There were amenities, and the room had complimentary coffee and bottles replaced water everyday. Views were stunning. Hotel is close to the Fisherman's Village, which is a great place to visit for food and shopping (A 7 minute taxi that costs 200 bahts. It is not a walking distance, though). There are also other options to eat near the hotel on a walking distance. The food in the hotel was good, specially at the Tropikana Beach Club - menu had a lot of options of Thai and Western food. The staff was extremely helpful. One night I spilled a beverage on the room sofa and when I called to ask for some cleaning products and a rag to clean it up, the staff showed up at the door with ANOTHER SOFA to replace it in less than 15 minutes. Specifically wanted to mention the attention of Lak, who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. I was interested in having dinner by the beach one night (which is one of the services provided by the hotel), and he and his team took care of all the details. Koh Samui had some tough rains on the previous days, so the beach was not the cleanest. Lak and the hotel staff went to the point of cleaning up the beach around the hotel to make sure the dinner was possible.

No problems at all. Maybe the only point that could be improved is breakfast. Felt that there could have been more options.

The hotel design and layout is relaxing. From the welcome when we arrived to each morning at breakfast and any other interaction in between. All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and kind from the reception team, the manager, gardener, security, cleaner, spa, restaurant and bar staff. The rooms are a good size for 1 or 2pax. There are two pools, one has a garden view the other ocean/beach view. We want to thank everyone for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. There are two parts to the hotel, one on the beachfront where the bar and lunch/dinner restaurant is. The other part is across the road where the breakfast restaurant is. That is not clear when you're booking but no issue as it's literally like you're walking across a pathway, it just happens to be the road and you can use all facilities regardless of where you are staying. There are lots of bars and restaurants high, medium to casual prices all around plus massage and mini supermarkets are a 5 minute walk.

We simply loved our stay at Prana. In the end, we even have extended our stay from two to six nights! * Location: we liked that it is not directly in Boput or even bigger towns. It is calm and not a lot of tourists. convenient and close to the airport! * Food: breakfast is AWESOME. There is so much choice, Asian and western, sweet and salty, fresh fruits, eggs. Perfect! Haven't tried dinner or other options though. * Food nearby: it is only 2 minutes walk to two places with cheap and delicious authentic food that we loved: Noi friendly and Bangrak Cafe. * Rooms and resort: we had a pool access room. It was great because you can have your own personal space at the pool and hop in whenever you want. And there is even a door to the shower from the terrace! All the facilities are super clean, modern, well maintained. Huge bed, very comfy. * Staff: so friendly, helpful and lovely! All in all, there was really nothing to complain about. I think we also got some nice discount, so it was extremely good value for money. Hope we can come back sometime.

The location and staff are absolutely amazing. The reason for a 9, and not a 10, is twofold; there are hardly any beds on the beach, so for those wanting more of a beach vibe it’s good to bear this in mind. Secondly, for a resort like this I would expect better coffee (for us this is important, if you don’t mind, ignore this part please ;-) )

The staff was so friendly and really made an effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It’s a small resort, which also made it more personal. The rooms were spacious, with good beds and babycots. The swimming pool(s) are nice. Our kids loved the indoor kidsroom and there is a seriously good Thais (“Noi Friendly”) and Italian restaurant on walking distance if you don’t want to go to Fisherman’s village every time. We stayed there for ten days, but could have easily stayed longer.

Although our rooms were cleaned properly every day, I’m sorry to stay that there was still room for improvement when it comes to cleaning.

The pool was amazing and very well-thought! We had a pool access room and we would 1000% recommend it (room 1010 is the best I think). And the breakfast was awesome, many choices and everything was very tasty ! The location was great as well, and the staff were all very kind and helpful.

The room could have been cleaner. And the pool bar wasn’t open.

Best vacation hotel we have visited in a very long time, I have visited 77 countries and this hotel is top top on my list. They really take care of everything so gracefully, the place has everything you need. We saw groups of early 20 years old, young couples, elder couples, families, this place is really friendly for everyone on the “relaxation mood vacay”, really a good vibe place, you get uplifted when you’re there. The breakfast is a dream, from western taste to asian noodle soup, dumplings, eggs a la carte, cappuccinos, ice lattes, pastries, banana bread, obviously all tropical fruits. We read some reviews about the beach not being nice, or “swimmable”, being rocky, being dirty, etc.. I really don’t know what they mean, the beach is a total dream! It’s not rocky at all, there are some rocks if you swim far and that’s it. The sand is not like powder sugar but it’s very nice, also clean, I didn’t see any plastic around. Just a dream place. We will be for sure back!

We stayed 7 days, 1 out of 7 there were no pool beds or anywhere on the shade, we have a 2 year old daughter and she needed to take her nap, it was a bit uncomfortable having to ask for a place to stay in the shade when there was already another couple with a baby also waiting for beds in the shade. That was the only negative thing that happened in an entire week

Staff was almost perfect, i really liked the restaurant and the food by the sea (there is a happy hour with cocktails and the prices and the quality is perfect), the pool area is wonderful, spa is also exceptional. Breakfast was also amazing. It is kinda perfect tropical dream at this hotel. Rooms are big enough and very clean and looks very nice. Since most of the rooms are located on the other side of the road, you do not have the best view with the sea but it is all ok.

It is a bit out of both popular locations, so you need to travel inside of the island either with a motorcycle or with taxi. The service at the pool can be a little fast. Most of the times you need to search for a waitress/waiter. I believe they do not want to disturb the people by asking a lot if they want to spend some money ;)

Actually everything is really good, except one thing. We liked to sit together in the room but there was only 1 chair. First my wife was sitting on the bed and I was sitting on the chair, after a while we exchanged but were not happy so we asked for a 2nd chair which we got the next day. I suggest to put 2 chairs in the room.
