We loved our stay at the bay view, a lot of people complain about the location of the hotel but I think it’s perfect, it’s so beautiful, if you were not up the hill you wouldn’t get such a beautiful view! The staff were amazing! The food is lovely and they have three different pools, it’s like we had the pool for ourselves as there wasn’t anyone else there at certain times of the day! The only thing is the water in the rooms aren’t very hot. The staff also decorated the room so lovely for us after we had a horrible stay somewhere else. Highly recommend this place for a chill few days!

The water in the bathrooms could be warmer!

The view was unexpected,as I didnt book a Sea view room,but got one.The room was huge,could have had another Kingsize and single bed in it,I had both a bath and a shower cubicle in the bathroom.Massive amount of wardrobe space(with hangers)Room was cleaned every day.Breakfast was a feast(included).The manager was always about and helpful(if something wasnt right,he would look into it and sort it.There were to 2 seperate pools (both the same size,swimmable)and a seperate kids pool.Wifi was very good.Definlately would go back.

Nothing.Dont know how the property is,but could do with a lick of paint in a few places,but maintenance/upgrades were being done.If it was good enough for the King of Thailand a good 15/20 years ago,its good enough for me.A bit out on a limb,really need a scooter or car to make life easier,but pick up taxis were always passing by at the bottem of the driveway to flag down.

An Unforgettable Experience at Samui bayview The resort was big, clean and well maintained. They had good options of swimming pool. Room service was till late which was a big plus for us. The options were good as well as the taste. Our daughter loved the kids play area. Families would love the family king rooms with partial ocean view. Appreciate the service of all staff members who were very welcoming and good.

Firstly, the breakfast there is great. Secondly and more importantly, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, from the reception personal to the security guards and waiters, every single one of them will welcome you with a great smile. Traveling with a baby is a bit difficult from time to time, and the stuff was so helpful and really helped us enjoy our stay. Highly recommend!

An exceptional Hotel. Beautiful grounds that are well maintained. Staff and management kind, courteous and helpful. Very nice beach area. The breakfasts were so nice. An all round great experience. I personally would highly recommend Samui bayview Resort.

The rooms are spectacular, services extremely well - staff on site are extremely friendly, food and drink to a good standard .The reception was extremely helpful, in particular,Name. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect, booking taxis, recommended dishes us at bayview restaurant etc - she is such a star 10/10 for hospitality.

We liked everything. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was delicious The food menu offers plenty of options, thai cuisine is absolutely delicious. We arrived in great need of rest, and the Samui bayview exceeded our expectations. All the staff work hard to make your stay special.We highly recommend and will be back !!

The view from the restaurant is absolutely beautiful, the rooms were a good size, the pool and gym area were okay, breakfast was good

I feel like it was beautiful back in it’s day but needs some love, parts were a bit run down. Ideally you need a moped to get anywhere as it’s too far to walk

Wonderful resort. Will recommend it to others. Amazing location and view. Food was beyond delicious. Definitely will stay in it again.Rooms very spacious and well equipped. Lovely pools. Very quiet so ideal for couples and even parents with young children. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

The view from the hotel was amazing. We arrived at 11pm and there was not receptionist however the engineer of the hotel help us with the check-in. His english was not very good but we managed to understand each other.

Breakfast did not have many options and most of the times the trays were empty. Someone knocked at our door at 6am in the morning and opened our door at 8.30 on the first day.
