As I lived in Coral Cove for a month, I can talk about my stay in a little more detail. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff. Whether restaurant staff, bartenders, reception or gardeners: everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. You were given a very warm welcome every day. The view from the restaurant and the infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking. I would come back again for that reason alone. The rooms are large and have a warm light. The food from the restaurant was delicious! Many thanks to all the people who made such a wonderful stay possible.

Unfortunately, the drain in the shower doesn't work properly and if you take a longer shower and wash your hair as a woman, the water overflows. The prices for laundry service are too high.

The best thing about this place is the staff! They go beyond your wishes and really try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. We were disgusted as to how some other guests treated their hospitality which proves how human beings are rotten and feel superior to others, especially if they pay a little bit more for their stay. Again, hats down to all the work the staff does! You are amazing.

This was actually a plus for us, but could be a minus for others that like to travel around more. We were on our honeymoon, so we could not care less about running around all the time. The resort is pretty secluded, if you want to hike to Lamai, it’s a 4km hike in the burning sun or a rather expensive cab ride.

The room we picked had an amazing view. I couldn't have asked for more. Our balcony opened on a beach with the ocean in front. It was just amazing. We never closed the curtains and hearing the water was so peaceful. The room was spacious and had enough space for everything. The bed was facing the balcony door so we could actually sit on our bed and see the ocean. It was just beyond words.

Though we got mesmerized by the view of our room, there were definitely certain things that could have been better. We requested an early check-in but there are times when the room is not free but when we arrived we hardly saw people in the hotel and the staff didn't let us check-in. The check-in time was 1400 and they didn't allow at 13:45 as well. This was a little put-off. A very minor thing would be the stairs to reach our room were a lot and not properly made. I always felt I would fall.

I liked the pools as there were 2 and they were in a nice location with a nice view. The rooms were also nice and clean. The staff were lovely wnd welcoming. a plus for this hotel is that they also The property offer moped rentals.

The property didn’t have a lift and also had quite a lot of stairs which wouldn’t be ideal for people that find it difficult to walk up stairs or are unable to. The location of the property was also out of the way and if you were to walk to the nearest shop it would be quite dangerous as the road has alot of fast traffic. In the room we were staying in you could also hear the traffic on the main road throughout the night.

The room (101) was very spacious, clean, with 270 degree view overlooking the beach, ocean, and mountains- just spectacular. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great- we stayed 4 nights and still fine with the breakfast choice. The towels smelled so fresh. If you wake up as early as 6-6.30AM, you get to see sunrise by the infinity pool.

All is very good in general but if were to nitpick: 1) TV channels were all locals.. a bit hard to navigate to get English version of music/channels.. 2) The A/C still feels cold even after tuning the temperature higher.. is it partial-malfunctioning? Had to switch it off instead. (The perks to this, though, is you get to hear sea waves splashing from the outside because it got quiet after A/C is off.. quite nice ;) 3) We had to call the reception for toothbrush/paste.. and no shavers can be provided (they don't have) ;/

Good location right inbetween the main beaches. Great breakfast with a veiw. Would stay here again.

Very good hotel staff, very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is very beautiful with a best sea view. The restaurant have a good food for European people but little bit expensive. The hotel have a nearest Coral Cove beach, you can go step by step 1 min. and you are on the beach. They have 2 cats, im love in it! I love animals for my heart and soul is was very good!

Moscito in my room, in the day i don't saw it, but it night its eaten me, but receptionist was been very helpful and give for my room moscito things and for my body sprey, thank you for that! There were waves on the beach and there was a lot of debris in the water and on the beach. The staff could clean their part of the beach, which is the private property of this hotel.

Fabulous hotel with amazing views. So clean and staff are so lovely. Rooms are cleaned everyday and the breakfast is lovely. Buffet breakfast but you can order eggs anyway you like & pancakes 😍 such a lovely chill out hotel.

Everything about the property is fantastic the only problem is that you cannot walk anywhere as it’s right on the side of the main road plus you’d be awhile. Hotel offers scooters for 250 bat for a day which is the easiest way to get around. Taxis are not cheap & either is the hotels taxi service so would recommend hiring the scooter. This wouldn’t put me off staying again though as the hotel is lovely.

Location location &location!!! What an absolutely breathtaking place to wake up to every morning. The pool area is great and we loved the infinity pool. Breakfast was nice and we ate at the restaurant in the evening and the food was enjoyable.

The staff had difficulty understanding English. The prices of alcohol at the pool was high so we walked down to the store and purchased our own and brought it in our travel mugs to enjoy the water and sunshine around the pool. Would be nice if they offered daily pool drink specials as this would have encouraged us to buy from the hotel.

Quiet location, courteous friendly and helpful staff. My villa was very clean and all units appeared to have a great view. I chose the Holiday Suite near the water with a spectacular view and it was lovely to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the lapping waves. The traditional Thai food at the restaurant was delicious. I had no gastrointestinal issues from the mixed drinks and ice in tea. So it was a very clean eating experience. The menu also offered traditional European dishes for the mix of guests. The layout of the property was lovely with double pool including infinity. The staff was very helpful and kind. In response to the very few negative reviews regarding this location I suggest to all travelers that if you do not speak the local language (Thai) and expect staff to be fluent in yours, you should travel with Google translate so you can ensure you are understood and will have less frustration. The Thai culture is very polite and kind and in most cases they really want to help you.

Very few things I did not like. Unit did not have a hairdryer, but maybe front desk would have provided, I did not ask. The location is set away from the busy center and was more quiet with surf sounds and birds singing, but downside was it was not walkable (busy street without sidewalks). So visitors should be aware they will need to take taxis off property. Overall really satisfied with breakfast buffet but suggest use more screens over bread items or put out less at a time and keep covered to prevent getting stale and attracting insects.
