The property is well located between all the major beaches and close to big buddha and the hub of koh samui, chaweng. Additionally, the property has nearby shops like 7/11 and big C which are open 24/7. The area is safe and Dario, the owner was extremely helpful in organising trips and providing all the information required. The room itsself is clean and spacious with a fridge and good air conditioning. The cleaner came regularly and were all respectful. Very mucb recommend!!!

Sometimes works needed to be done and the water would be off but this was only for a couple hours at a time.

Very nice and pleasant accomodation, great facilities, very clean, helpful staff, free coffee and tea. There is plenty of light in the room, balcony had a nice view. Location had its pros and cons: it is not directly at the beach, but it is a 15 minutes walk from a beautiful Plai Leam beach. This beach had a unique underground charm - it was almost abandoned at the end of October. That is logical, as it was at the end of monsoon season, but the other beaches were (at least a bit) crowded even that time. There is a nice scooter rental for 150 THB on Thongsai rd close to Wat Plai Leam, so when you rent a scooter, you can do a great beach hopping all over the island from here. Location is great also for strolls, as you can walk multiple directions from here. Go here!

The owners are extremely nice and easy going. We decided to switch locations because of a random happenstance, they insisted on refunding our non refundable stay, and in the end we agreed on them paying our transport to the new place. Even tho we didn't stay the whole duration, I would definately recommend this hotel. The value for the money is amazing, building is new and thanks to that rooms are in very good condition. I would recommend taking the one with AC tho.

The rooster living as a neighbour insisted on us not sleeping since 4 am, but I bet other windows not facing it's direction are fine and can be nice and quiet.

Room was slightly bigger than we expected, which was good. Decent big bed. Clean facilities and helpful staff. Was close enough to walk to the beach (or you could get the local public bus). we like walking and do lots of it so it was fine for us but may be a little way for those who aren't happy to walk in the heat. Found a nice place for coffee a few metres away (think it was called 'good coffee' served out of a hatch. Good restaurant for Thai food not far away in the evenings too. 7/11 stores close by if you need supplies.

Nothing really - good budget option especially compared to some of the other larger, posher resorts nearer the beach. The room had everything we needed. We asked for extra pillows and toilet roll and the staff were happy to accommodate and provide this quickly.

This was our second time of staying here; very friendly welcome on reception and greeted by a lovely host who was helpful. Room was a good size, very clean and bright and had everything we needed including some shelves to store our things. Bed was comfortable too. Close to a great cheap coffee place and decent priced food just a short walk away (local Thai food) and a 7/11. Good value for money if staying in the area

This time we stayed on the roadside and it was definitely a bit noisier than at the back of the property (where we stayed the 1st time), which did impact our sleep a little (we are light sleepers though and did go to bed fairly early). So, nothing specific about the hostel but something to bear in mind if you choose to stay here.

The rooms are clean and fully equipped, exceeding expectations. The price is more than fair. The hotel host, a warm-hearted Italian man, will welcome you with open arms and make you feel right at home. He's always ready to assist with valuable information for your trip in Samui. Prior to choosing this place, I thoroughly checked out numerous other properties, and without a doubt, I highly recommend staying here. Additionally, the location is perfect and easily accessible to the best spots on the island, including one of the finest beaches just a minute away by scooter.

Good location, not in the middle of the busiest and nosiest area but close to everything. Nice room, comfy and big enough for two people to live in and work from. Reliable internet connection that allowed us to work from the room without issues.

If anything, being that close to the main road made it a bit noisy at night whenever a truck passes by

The Hotel is next to the main road, really close to some restaurants, fruits shop, hairdresser and 7eleven. I recomend to visit a women just on the right - really good food. Owners are really helpfull and kind, they will advise you where to eat, get a bike etc. You can count on them in any cases. Room is spacious with good bed. Air condition working well. Balcony is enough big to go out with your m8. I've been in couple places in that area and that's probably the best quality/price ratio there. It's not a luxury hotel but it's way enough to get a sleep, wash, spend some time and meet amazing staff.

The only thing I would change would be adding a small freezer.

Such a lovely little hotel, super clean, bright and well managed by Dario, which will make sure you will have a great staying. You can ask anything to him, and he will be able to assist you. The hotel is close to the airport (ask Dario to book a trustworthy and fair taxi for you) and also close to a lovely beach called Choeng Mon (just 20min walk). My room was simple, with just a fan, still, super comfortable.

Fabulous large room, clean and comfortable and a great location convenient for airport and Bangrak Pier for the boat to Koh Phangan. The best massage ever in the adjacent building. Local restaurants servicing great food and a short walk in either direction gets you to 7-11 and similar.
