We knew we could not swim at the beach so really enjoyed the pool area with lovely ocean views

We were really the only people staying so food selection was limited, though the cook did make me some authentic sauce for my rice.

Very good and gentle stuff, always ready to help and solve all problems. Good design of the room, very clean. Big pool. The hotel the was deserted on the days of our vacation.

No beach at all. If you want to swim in the Sea you should choose something else.

Would have liked a few more Thai buffet breakfast options. Make sure to load up on mosquito spray as a lot come out in the evening (not the fault of the resort of course).

Big spacious room, nice balcony, 3 pools and we loved the pool at the beach. Very kind staff. Good housekeeping. Nice beach to sit on with enough sunbeds. Although there where only a few families when we were there (with our young children) it’s very kidsfriendly.

At breakfast everyday the same routine: everything is only refilled upon request. Staff is kind and very willing but really need proper training so they will become pro active instead of reactive. Also the breakfast itself has some room for improvement. There are not enough sun umbrellas so that was a bit of a hassle every morning.

Too sweet welcome drink and the thai massage was over priced and I have had better ones for a third of the price.

Staff was friendly. Location was good. Enjoyed the restaurant and room service.

Very few in-room amenities i.e. toiletries.

The room, the pool were to the highest standard weather was perfect

it was a shame that the pool bar, restaurant weren’t available and lots of maintenance going on (although this didn’t spoil our stay) no spa would have used the amenities if they had been available

Good location - near plenty of eating places & bars - lovely pools - great breakfast - rooms very spacious - staff as always happy & helpful - always cleaning & busy

Restaurant food not so good - tried a couple of different meals but decided better options outside hotel - breakfast however was good & plenty of choice. Bed a little hard & pillows lumpy but that’s just my preference for softer mattress & pillows . One disappointment was the work being carried on at the villas - when you are on holiday & trying to relax you definitely don’t need to be hearing electric saws & smelling paint fumes - appreciate work has to be done but this was really unexpected so we only spent one day at the pool which was a shame .

spacious room. HUGE bed. recommend the pool access room as it changes everything being able to jump into the pool directly from your room patio. location is a lil off the beaten path but that suited us a lot to be off main strip and feel more of a local vibe. beautiful sunsets at the beach bar/pool. daily cleaning staff were excellent. Huge bath (didn't use as we had a pool to jump straight into)

slight mouldy smell from air conditioner but not an overall issue as the air conditioner worked well and the room is great and very clean. great vibe
