The hotel was pretty, staff always very friendly and helpful. Our room (family suite) was spacious and clean. We loved the breakfast with the egg station! Three pools in the hotel but we mostly stayed at the one closest to the beach (awesome view). Overall we loved the vibes of the hotel, flowers, water and little waterfalls everywhere.

The common places outside could have been a bit cleaner, the sunbeds near the pool are obviously old and in my opinion need replacing/mantainance. The sink in our room was leaking a bit but nothing major. The beach near the hotel unfortunately is not the best.

Very nice resort, the pool was lovely and it is well located central on the beach, near big Buddha, near airport and near port. Staff friendly and helpful. Welcome drink was a nice touch. They let us store our luggage for a few days after our stay which we appreciated.

For such a fancy resort they need to work on the quality of the restaurant food. The pizza we ordered seemed like a frozen reheated $2 supermarket pizza. Our room was up a lot of steps with no lift, thankfully staff helped with our bags.

We knew we could not swim at the beach so really enjoyed the pool area with lovely ocean views

We were really the only people staying so food selection was limited, though the cook did make me some authentic sauce for my rice.

No beach at all. If you want to swim in the Sea you should choose something else.

Secluded and island/beach style. Staff were very friendly. Rooms big and comfortable. Even though the hotel was full there was always room on the beds at the beach. A few reviews as well as the hotel notes indicate the beach is not suitable swimming but this is not the case - when the tide is low the sand is a bit muddy but the water is clean enough.

Breakfast was a bit of a disaster - open at 7am but rarely had staff to cater - the last 2 mornings there was only 1 guy trying to take care of the whole restaurant until about 8am. The breakfast buffet was below mediocre to say the least. All coffee other than the drip type is chargeable.

The hotel was lovely. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The pools were geat.

Would have liked a few more Thai buffet breakfast options. Make sure to load up on mosquito spray as a lot come out in the evening (not the fault of the resort of course).

Lovely big rooms nice pools one overlooking the sea walking distance to local bars and restaurants breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast were really friendly and helpful the guy cooking the eggs knew how to cook them perfectly

The restaurant meals for dinner was terrible - we ordered steak the first night it was tough and inedible not cooked great so we wouldnt eat there again waste of money the reception team are not very friendly and there was no welcome drink like we have had at other hotels of similar ratings the sea isn’t suitable to swim or bathe

The property overall was really nice, and value for money. We had the pool access room and it was gorgeous and totally worth it. They had 2 pools adjoining the buildings with pool access rooms and another one by the restaurant overlooking the beach. Massive room and bathroom with a tub. Patio area was also nice with a day-bed. There is a 7-eleven in about 5 mins walking distance, which is a plus when you want to get some cheap food and snacks. This hotel is little out of the main hustle and bustle of Koh Samui, which is nice if you want some peace. But for those who want to go to other areas, traveling to main areas could be a little annoying and grab/bolts can be very expensive in general in Koh Samui. But if you rent a scooter to go around that wont be an issue.

If I really have to be critical, the room that we had was on the corner which did not see any sun, so the room smelled a little damp. But having the corner room was also a plus for privacy reasons, so not a big issue for us. Food at the hotel was slightly on the expensive side and not that good, which could be improved. Even though it is a beach-front property, the beach is not swimmable, no-one swims there. We ended up going to Cheongmon beach, which was beautiful. However, sunset from this property was gorgeous.

Room was very spacious and had nice big windows. We loved the whole beach vibe and decor, the staff’s beach shirts were also cute. Great resort, the pools were so nice and clean and restaurant served great food and staff were lovely. Room service was also easy to get and made very quickly. The view of the beach from the restaurant is also very nice especially at sunset while having dinner. Nice and quiet at night with the resort being in a super chill area of Koh Samui. Quick walk to great restaurants as well as the Big Buddha and Wat Plai Laem. Reception staff were also super friendly and organised.
