Lovely views of the ocean from our room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Has the potential to be a beautiful hotel but rooms are a little tired and dated

Need a bike or car to get around. Was a trek just to the swimming pool from our room at the top. Luckily we are fit and healthy but we even found rhe challenging in the heat

First of all, this hotel is very different from other hotels from the beach. Because it’s elevated on the hill and situation away from the main tourist areas, the views are absolutely beautiful and the resort is peaceful. Secondly, the staff is very welcoming. They listen and try to work out any issues for you. Last, the room is very clean and spacious and comes with a nice balcony to watch the view.

It’s was quite sloppy but manageable. Car service by the resort. I cannot say this hotel is new but it’s kept in an OK quality. Some part facilities such as dive shop, pool bars are not open.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Pinnacle Koh Tao Resort, a hidden gem on the beautiful island of Koh Tao. The resort is located on a secluded beach, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning views of the sunset. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with private balconies overlooking the ocean. We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely room arrangement they decorated for our honeymoon, with flowers, candles, and a heart-shaped towel on the bed. The resort offers a variety of activities, such as canoeing, diving, snorkeling, and yoga, to make the most of your time on the island. The restaurant serves delicious local food, with friendly and attentive service. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the manager, Danel, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was always available to answer any questions, arrange transportation, book tours, and give recommendations. He helped us get scuba diving in good price and equipment, and arranged us motorcycle renting. He made us feel like VIP guests, and we are very grateful for his kindness and professionalism. We loved the place so much that we decided to extend our stay for three more days than we planned. We highly recommend the Pinnacle Koh Tao Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation on Koh Tao. It is truly an extraordinary place, with a wonderful staff and a fantastic manager. Thank you, Danel, for making our stay so special. We hope to come back soon!

Comfortable stay, with amazing views. All staff were friendly, helping with bags and arranging taxis outside of the shuttle times to visit places on the island. Free pick up and drop off at the pier. Had a good variety at breakfast which suited everyone in our group so that was a win! Yes, the walk to/from the pool and beach is steep but if you're aware of this you just get on with it. As the sign says "It's just a hill, you'll get over it!". Plenty of fish as soon as you get in the water. Enjoyed our stay

Very nice resort! View is amazing, we were in a Villa.. sunset from our balcony, open the eyes in the morning and first thing you see is the ocean.. what else? Staff is very welcoming, there is a good ambience. Breakfast is nice and really fulfilling, the lady does s great job! Scooter rental is right there. Below the resort there is a small calm and peaceful beach. They are reopening after 3 years, so there are still some small works going on here and there but nothing major that can affects you. Overall, super recommended!

We stayed another night here because of the sunset views. The hotel rooms are at the top of the hill, so can you really see the panoramic views of the ocean. Different kind of view from the resorts near the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable and come with basic amenity, nothing fancy. There is pick up from pier. Overall, good value.

The resort is on the hill so it has steep steps. Getting down to the pool which is located near the beach is requires lots of walking. The resort offers a ride but be prepared to walk if the ride isn’t available.

This resort sits on the quiet hillside location so the views are absolutely stunning. It’s so nice to sit in your balcony or bed and just look at views from our room. It’s a good peaceful change from other resorts near the beach. If you are looking for a peaceful stay this is the place. Staff are super friendly. Food is good

The resort just reopens after 3 years some facilities such as pool bar aren’t fully back at the time we stayed. The path down to the pool comes with steps so be ready to walk otherwise ask for car service.

The view was exceptional of June Juea Bay, every bungalow had a balcony so you can enjoy the sunsets. Our room was clean and had good air con. No bugs crawling in, and very spacious. The breakfast is great with lots of options. It’s included with the price. Our room had a safe, closet space, butt spray, warm water, mini fridge, electric kettle with coffee/tea, hair dryer, vanity, seating area, king size bed with 2 pillows, ottoman, and lounge chairs on the balcony facing the ocean. They had a sign you can flip for housekeeping with fresh towels (beach set and bath set) always gave us 2 water bottles everyday. We enjoyed our long stay (2weeks+) and it was quiet, private, and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and we appreciate all their help and support. Very nice people working here. We would recommend staying if you’re looking for a quiet experience on KohTao. The location is spectacular, a bit off the beaten path, but wonderful when you get there.

The mattress needs to be updated, you can feel the springs and it was very firm. 2 pillows wasn’t enough I would have loved an extra set if you’re a side sleeper. Be careful to not lock your keys in your room, it’s a self locking door with a turn key. The staff allowed us to have 2 sets for this reason, but you have to request it. Scooter parking is available within short walks to every bungalow. Be very cautious on the scooters because there are lots of taxi trucks that share the road with you. The roads are very steep and narrow, so use your horn around corners. Be ready for anything, especially climbing stairs.

The room was very spacious with a fabulous balcony, with sun loungers, overlooking the bay. You could walk to little bay nearby and snorkel on a coral bed seeing heaps of different fish. Was quiet. Can walk to Chalok bay on coast line- 12mins. We really enjoyed our stay- but you do need a motorbike.

The rooms are quite dated, but the large size makes up for this. There are many steps so you do need to be fit. We had a motorbike, which you really need to access rest of island. Dining room and reception area could do with a revamp to make them more welcoming.

Amazing views, located on cliff top so overlooks the sea. Private beach is beautiful. Great place to go snorkelling. Pool area is great for some afternoon sunshine. Sun is on pool all day. Shuttle service provided for collection from pier and return. Extremely helpful in arranging a moped for us. General Manager is top tier, very welcoming to his guests, and gave great advice on places to visit and see. Would recommend a moped or mode of transport as it is a little out of the way from restaurants etc.
