owner was soooo helpful! picked us up from the bus station and let us check in 2 hours early, then dropped us back to town so that we could rent a scooter - dropped us to a great rental place! also free breakfast with a choice of eggs/omelet etc, unlimited toast, coffee, tea etc! the room was also lovely - clean, pleasant and comfortable!

Peaceful location a little out of town. Walkable distance to get to the main area. Friendly owner was helpful and compassionate to us on arrival (thanks again!), gave us a ride into town and provided light salad vegetarian breakfast options. The room was quite spacious and complete with AC, fridge, tea and coffee making faculties, a sofa. I enjoyed the peaceful breakfast outdoor dining area. Bathroom was fine. Excellent communications from the management.

All in all this was a satisfactory stay but as other reviewers have mentioned the bed pillows were a bit leathery and hard. We didn't use them. Considering its distance to the main town, some might have expected a cheaper room rate. Due to recent rains (I think) there was a slight musty smell in the room. Outside of the room there was no balcony but a small patio/ courtyard. Perhaps some seating could be provided for guests here.

The tranquility yet easy access to walking street. The Staff, who were always there, cheerful, helpful and unobtrusive. Breakfast was limited to about 8 choices but freshly cooked and plentiful. Chalet was above my expectations, the only criticism is that when it rained (every day, not a problem as it is the rainy season!) everywhere outside was soaked,, shoes, etc. couldn't be left outside.

The property was lovely, cosy and felt like you’re in nature. It was a 15 minute walk to town, great if you wanted to get steps in.

The bed and pillows were very hard and not comfortable. The room could have been cleaner; cute hanging curtains at entry had mould/very dirty, bathroom tiles were not clean, need bleaching and scrubbing. shower was warm-ish, not hot.

We liked the quiet location, the spread out villas amidst palms plants and flowers. The room is great, shower is great. The breakfast was simple but good enough with free-flow coffee, tea, toast. The staff do not speak much English, but is always smiling and friendly. It is not so accessible to Pai center, but we had a car so it was not a problem at all.

The houses are separated therefore you have a lot of privacy.

It was badly isolated so you could here everything outside.
