Lovely property and a perfect location for walking street without being on top of it. Not a party setting so perfect for couples who want the life and soul of walking street but the peace and quiet at the end of the day. Nice pool to cool down in and really lovely staff. Would not hesitate to book again.

The room is an independent building and has a whole wall with floor-to-ceiling windows. The lighting is very good. There are outdoor seats and tables outside the room. The softness of the bed is suitable for me. The public space has a small swimming pool and lounge chairs, surrounded by grass and trees.

There is a bar in the pavilion next to the pool but it is unused. Although the hostess said that I can freely use the food in the refrigerator, some of the food has expired, and the toaster and other tableware are not kept clean and dust-proof and insect-proof. It is better to leave and remove the bar to make the pavilion more spacious.

Beautiful property off the beaten track but still 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and bars. It was very peaceful and the gardens and pool area were lovely. The king bungalows were very spacious for two people and well equipped. Each room has a table and chairs on the porch outside as well a hammock. The staff were not around much but still attentive with providing extra water and other amenities. Overall an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again.

The only tiny thing is there could be a few more sun loungers around the pool. There were only a couple that had leather cushioning which got very hot in the sun! But only a small thing for if you want to sunbathe by the pool :)

Nice little bungalow, comfortable bed, good shower, a little fridge, and good WiFi. Staff were really kind. Replenished water and offered to clean my room every day, and provided laundry service on site, which was very convenient. Location is great. Down a quiet side road with no traffic but only 5 minutes walk to Pai main street. Plenty of space to park your rental scooter. Garden and pool area were really nice to chill during the day **

** Not in any way the property's fault, but there was an almost constant racket from the nearby school, every day including weekends. Live music, drums and badly amplified PA from early morning until about 6pm. Ended up reading by the pool with noise cancelling earphones in.

Wonderful bungalows with everything you could need. Clean, comfortable, a nice garden, great location, run by a lovely family who are so kind and helpful. A couple of things mentioned in reviews have been fixed so they obviously care a lot about this place. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little place with individual buildings for all the rooms. Great facilities and nice to have plenty of hammocks and sun beds by the pool and rooms for when you just want to chill. Also nice that water is provided in the fridges in your room and restocked each day

There were some ants in our room coming through the mosquito nets, but this wasn’t an issue as they kept to the corner of the room and didn’t really venture out.

Rooms were spacious and comfy. There were some great cats on the property!

Exceeded every expectation, the value for this accommodation compared to the standard of hospitality and location was amazing. The location could have not been any more perfect, the pool was lovely, we had cleaning offered everyday and had free water and coffee whenever needed. I highly recommend Serene Resort, we just had a fabulous stay here.

set in a quiet location for a perfect get away and super peaceful nights sleep, but still in very short walking distance to the centre of Pai and main walking street. pool was great, the hosts super kind and helpful. everything was well kept, clean and tidy and while rooms can be requested to be refreshed I didn’t as my stay was short, there was new water, toilet tools and clean towels left outside my door :) would highly recommend and would visit again.

Spacious modern room with good AC! Very private with a large comfortable bed. Pool and garden area is great also! Closeby to the main town area. They provided us with daily water and overall we would stay again!

Room was run down compared to photos and could’ve benefitted from a little paint. Our duvet cover had stains on it. The morning we left, dogs from the neighbouring hostel tried to run at us and bite us, so please be aware this isn’t the safest path for guests.
