Nice clean and modern hotel. We chose this hotel due to its location close to DMK airport and we were only about 15 mins away during morning traffic. Easy check in and check out.

The location was good for our one night stay but there was not much around the hotel. There was a new, large shopping mall but it was a bit of a distance away to walk. They may have offered a shuttle, but we were not informed of one. The sports bar had decent food but the DJ/"live music(?), was really loud and made it hard to have a conversation while eating.

1. The hotel is near to Future Park Mall which has a lot of eateries. The hotel also provide transport service to-&-fro the mall. 2. Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and patient. 3. Rooms are big enough to accomodate an extra bed comfortably.

1. There is no curtain / glass shield at the bath tub. Hence the floor became very wet with puddle of water whenever one used the shower head at the bath tub. There is also not sufficient hooks/bar in the bathroom to hang the towels and clothes. 2. Price is on the high side.

The reception was very welcoming. Although I check-in early, the nice reception lady got me in. The whole transaction was smooth. Felt good especially after a long exhausted journey, feels welcomed. Kudos to the reception lady! The hotel looks relatively new, room was clean. I got bumped to executive room and this made the stay even better than I expected. Thank you!

The location is great and easily accessed. Close to Future Park shopping mall. The hotel operates a complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and mall. The new Executive lounge is excellent and I highly recommend booking the executive floor of taking the option of paying B1000/day to use the facilities where the views are tops and the cocktails food and breakfast is excellent.

Nothing - it’s a great place to stay

good locations, friendly and helpful staff.it’s very convenient to get to shopping center and get around local market by hotel shuttle bus.we stayed in family connecting rooms which were nice and clean also plenty spaces.it’s the best hotel in Rungsit area so highly recommend.

Friendly Professional Staff great spaces and well appointed interiors. The set up of the room utilized space efficiently, at the same time making room feel larger. Great comfortable bed and bedding and furniture.

I did not encounter any thing or situation that I didn't like or needed improvement.

Everything was spot on. Such friendly staff. The hotel was spotless. Food lovely. Great location for Future Park and the free shuttle bus service was a nice touch.

I could not fault anything

Full of facility, specially the sofa and working table. I like that they separated wet and dry space by material. Breakfast very nice! And staff really lovely.

Didn't have the slipper in the room

Nice clean comfortable room,friendly staff,nice bar. Big retail mall to go shopping ,swimming pool and gym

Hotel is in a retail park so not much in the way of good sightseeing, breakfast buffet wasn't worth the money
