Bit noisy at night with traffic going past all night

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Air condition enough for relaxing.Also shampoo and shower jel to big bottles. Wifi enough for social media.

İ love location but very far from center. Also 2 girls are working to day shift. They are responsible from reception but they arent respectful and behaviours very rude. And if something happen they can not find solution. They are earning money from foreigners , first of all they need to learn respect. Otherwise you can see no good comments from customers. İf i am hostel owner, immediately i can change these type of people from work.

I like the area where this hotel is located, I have stayed in this location many times. I liked the bed, it's comfortable. I like having a balcony too.

It will be a plus if they clean the air conditioner, wash the walls in the shower room with a toilet, put the electrical wiring in order. In particular, wiring behind the TV in room 307. Please inform potential guests about the deposit in advance, in the hotel reservation system. Still need to fix the shower head holder in the shower, it is broken, otherwise one of the guests will have to part with their deposit due to a broken shower head. A separate story, the water in the refrigerator is paid. If you need free water you need to go to the lobby. They didn't tell me about it either))) And the table is broken. Basically, it needs refurbishment.

They said the have parking spot but actually no and no swimming pool. We rent 4 room and 2 of the room only have 1 light that working.if you have small children not recommended because the hotel donest have a guards for windows infront your bed. But for the price if you don't have a car with you it good. They have rental bike for you to rent.

Clean and modern bedroom with comfortable good size bed.

Not much it was far from main patong beach maybe a 20 minute walk through back streets.....I always walked but others might need taxi.

The staff Mai in the night shift was extremely friendly, helpful and full of warmth. I really loved him for his hospitality. My deep regards to Mai at the reception.

Its far away from pathong beach like 20 to 25 mins walking. You dont get any cab or tuk tuk below the hotel, you have to either hire a bike ( but they ask for ur passport which is too risky) or you have to walk 15 mins to get a tuk tuk. The room are extremely small in size and ac was broken in 1 room, washroom door didn't close well, dryer wasn't working, day time lady staff isnt very welcoming.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind. No complaints, everyone worked hard. They can't control the noise level. They were kind enough to move to me to the top floor which helped a lot. This is a VERY NOISY place, not their fault. Patong is a party town and I don't party. Bad move on my part.

staff is amazing, always willing to help you. hotel is very clean, making up rooms every day of our stay. The receptionists were incredible, helped me as well during food poisoning, very happy and reccomend it if you come to Phuket. And also price so cheap for what you get!!

This hotel is awesome! the rooms are super clean, super cheap and people are very very helpful and great, especially the boss Mai! A lot of restaurants around, hair salon, you can rent a cheap motorbike, Patong beach wit's the motorbike just 3-4 minutes, Kata beach maybe 10-15 minutes. You can rent for a day, super cheap (I had a room for $8!!) and you can also rent monthly! Highly recommend this hotel!

Everything inside hotel is good

It's far from beach no sharing taxi is there in between from patong hotel to patong beach and patong beach to hotel we should walk or waste lot of money to cabs
