Room was very decent, clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, and not very hard. AC wasn't smelly and was quite silent when working at night. There is a pool. You can take additional towels near the reception to lay on beach bed. Once our stay has ended in one room we have asked to extend our stay here. We got the bigger room with window to the outside, which is way better than a room with no sunlight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some minor incidents regarding rent but everything was sorted very quickly and with no stress.

There was a little bit of mold around bathroom glass window seal. Room was on the first floor so you always need to cover window with a blind for privacy. of course then it will get dark, so you wont be able to tell when its morning because you wont receive any sunlight, but that's not a worry if you wake up with alarm.

Spacious room, nice pool, friendly owner and majestic looking dog on the premises. Definitely great value for money.

Wifi is terrible!!! No words better to describe how terrible the wifi connection is and it 100% will be may main reason why i will not book for long term as i know everyday could be the day i stand up and book anywhere else! If you got simcard with wifi then this is an amazing hotel! If you don’t need wifi then this is an AMAZING hotel!!! But if you need wifi then their can’t be any bigger mistake then booking this place unless you have a simcard with wifi then DEFINITELY GO FOR THIS HOTEL!!! Look how disappointed i am by their wifi and still Re-booking them over and over! And i’m not renting the cheapest rooms but their Top most Expensive rooms!! The jacuzzi SPA room. So you can imagine the rooms and the staff how amazing they will be.

Wifi! Is EXTREMELY TERRIBLE!!!! Never seen that in whole Thailand and i am a regular traveler that is now travelling for almost 5 years nonstop! So if i tell bad wifi connection you can assume the wurst connection ever! A call of 5 min where the wifi connection falls out 5 times is complete normal and nothing out if the ordinary. And you will see 5 times is even low. It’s closer to 10 times the wifi false out for just a short quick WhatsApp call. So this is a hotel only for who do not need wifi.

The staff are professional and very polite. Always smiling and helpfull. Pool is great and always clean. Rooms are cleaned very well Every day with bottles you can fill up at the bar area (complimentary). Special thanks to pinky, kay kay, James and tt. The hotel is a good walk to the beach but I had a motorbike so not a problem for me. A short walk to the centre. Nanai rd has plenty of bars and restaurants with convenience stores everywhere. All in all a great stay and would recommend it to anyone. Ps. Hotel is set back from the action so nice and quiet.

This is a well maintained property. Rooms are spacious. This was definitely worth its price and the owner is great too.

Lovely little resort away from the hustle and hustle of main shopping, beach precinct yet still within 20 minute walking distance. The location itself is lively and filled with interesting bars, street food and good coffee/breakfast places. Karim, the owner was lovely and kind. Staff were very efficient at keeping room nice and clean. Timo, the lovable resident dog 🐕 made us feel like we were his family. After a long day, coming back to the Nest was delightful. The pool was especially welcoming, and would be perfect for pool parties if hotel were to organise regular events that bring guests together ❤️

Located down a little lane off Nanai Road making it quiet in what is a very busy area. The pool looked clean although I didn't go in. The room was clean and comfortable for the price paid, if a little tired in places. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom and shower was spacious with good hot water.

The security box didn;t work with a code even though a staff member came very quickly after I flagged the issue up with him. So he was very helpful and let me have the master key to lock/unlock it during my stay.
