Great value for money hotel, lovely staff always smiling and helpful and great quiet and safe location

Should add a bar of soap to the provided toiletries to keep at the sink for easy hand washing. Could use a few more clothes hangers or places to dry wet clothes from the beach

Location, breakfast had healthy options (+they had almond milk with coffee which was a nice surprise), friendly staff, AC worked well. They had a scooter rental for 250 baht a day (Honda Click 150 etc.) and other services - they didn't try to upsell any of that at any point of our stay which was great

Had to fight with the shower every time: most times scorching hot water seemed to be the only thing to come out for the first few minutes. A springy mattress (just a little), we didn't get the free water that they promised every day. Staff is not always at front desk but sometimes sit in the restaurant in the next room, which was a bit confusing at first

We stayed here for 8 days and was quite impressed overall - dont be put off by its 2 star status, its actually quite good. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a good bathroom and soft bed. The road outside is quite quiet but try to get a room facing away from the road for a quieter night sleep. The hotel is only a short walk from the centre of Patong and there is a motorbike taxi point a few meters away. A western style breakfast was included (cereal, fruit and yogurt, ham and eggs etc) The staff are mostly very friendly and helpful - Porn and Nok were particularly good. However one member of staff (a lady called Aui) was grumpy and rude most of the time and she clearly didn't like us for some reason.

Loved how friendly the two male receptionists was, they helped us and always greeted us when we were back. Also had umbrellas for us to use as it was quite rainy this season. The price to the size ratio of the room was also really competitive!

We had one day where went down for free breakfast at 10:50am and the lady at the cafe counter rejected us for the breakfast. The free breakfast was until 11am. It just seemed like a lazy part on their end. Other then that most days we had the free breakfast.

The staff had prepared a fruit plate for us upon arrival, and sing a birthday song for us as we were there for a birthday celebration. There was special decoration on our bed which is super cute elephant made from towel and nice roses on it! Such a wonderful arrangement! As we had a tour start at 7am, the personal in the kitchen was able to prepare some toast bread, coffee and juices for us at 6am. You need to request it in advance.

The location is a little bit hard to find it at first. Otherwise all great!

A quite place that corresponds with the price, the stuff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Very comfy bed.

The internet was really bad on the second floor and I wasn't even the end room. Just the router seems quite far away, the one in the restaurant below was good though. The room was on a second floor and most of the time you have your curtains closed because of the people outside, so it's quite dark.

Great spot, a little off the beaten path, the room was huge, and great value for the money! Pancake breakfast was delicious! We felt like family the few days we were there, the staff are so friendly and offered much better rates than the bigger hotels for day trips. I highly recommend Nanai2 for a true Thailand experience, not too far from the action and the beach!!!

This place really surprised me. The room was very big, with a great view from the balcony(I got the side that has the view of the back), the bed was very big and comfortable. I was able to work from my room without any issues because the WIFI was very efficient and fast. But what I really liked was the personal. They were very friendly and helpful they even greeted me by my name which made me feel so welcome and good.They arranged me a taxi to take me to the airport which was great.

The cleaning of the room only happens every two days which it was not a problem with me but if some people really want their room to be clean every day then this may be an issue.
